First, it wasn't made as a tutorial (helped someone in his cards showoff thread), but I decided to post it here.

DEF:
1 Star - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2000 (very rare)
2 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2000 (very rare)
3 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2200
4 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2700 (better use less than 1700, more isn't looking good for higher ATK cards.)(1 card)
5 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 3000
6 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 3000
7 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 3100
8 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 4000 (don't use often for high ATK cards) (very very rare) (1 card)
9 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 3700(1 card)
10 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 4100 (rare)
12 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 4000 (five headed dragon 5000)

ATK:
1 Star - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 1200
2 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 1400 (rare, usually keep under 100)
3 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 1850 (rare)
4 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2500 (rare, keep under 2000)
5 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2600 (1 card)
6 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2800
7 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 2800
8 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 3500 (rare, usually keep under 3000)
9 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 4200 (1 card) keep less than 3500 usually.
10 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 4600
12 Stars - Minimum: 0 Maximum: 5000 (5 headed dragon, 4500 for ultimate blue eyes)

Level 2 good looking ATKs:
0 - 1400 , 400 - 800 , 800 - 600 , 300 - 200 , 500 - 500 , 400 - 200 , 200 - 400

Level 3 good looking ATKs:
700 - 1000 , 800 - 600 , 1600 - 300 , 900 - 300

Level 4 good looking ATKs:
800 - 2000 , 2000 - 800 , 1800 - 1400 , 1400 - 1000 , 1300 - 1200 , 1600 - 1200 , 1900 - 1600

Level 5 good looking ATKs:
1650 - 1200 , 1800 - 1500 , 2000 - 1800 , 2150 - 1950 etc.

Level 6 good looking ATKs:
2500 - 2100 , 2400 - 2200 , 2600 - 2100

Level 7 good looking ATKs:
2700 - 2100 , 2700 - 2500

Level 8 good looking ATKs:
0 - 0 , 2850 - 2350 , 2800 - 2100 , 3000 - 2500

Level 9 good looking ATKs:
mix something up.

Level 10 good looking ATKs:
4000 - 4000 nothing else I know of which looks good.

remember, try making less level 6 or higher monsters in a set.
levels 1-4 should always be more in a set or else it will be cheap.

Nice job but the maximum ATK for level 1 monsters should be 300 (Mokey Mokey) and DEF should be 200!

I think he means not only ATK but also DEF. Destiny Hero Defender has 2700 DEF, so he's correct, I guess.

Pretty obvious, but good for people who make LV 1 monsters have 9999 ATK and DEF.
