I hate Dragons... but these aren't technicly Dragons?

I have not created and/or been on this site for quite a while now, so I decided to make some cards...
My OCG might be off, depending on if it's changed or not, so help if needed!

Chrome Apocalypse Dragon (C.A.D)

During your Standby Phase, when your opponent's Life Points are 4000 or less, you can return this card to your hand and Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type monster to the field. The Summoned monster is destroyed during the 2nd Standby Phase.[/color][/spoiler]
