When this RP Starts each person will be starting out in a Beach House (Which you can describe then if you wish) unless they state otherwise in their Bio.

 

And We are playing by March 2010 Banlist on account of September Banlist being bull

Name: Lauren Winters

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Appearance: With long dark brown hair that fell gently to her shoulders, Lauren Winters takes pride in her hair. When people see her they see the long glistening hair that flows behind her when she runs, the soft blue/green eyes that melt even the strongest men's hearts, and the soft perfectly colored lips. Her hair covered her ears which were slightly bigger then "small" that are curved at the top. Completing the beautiful face of this beautiful girl is her small "cute" nose. To top it off her skin was ever so silky and smooth to the touch, which sent a shiver of excitement through those who touched it. Most of the time when Lauren is seen in public her long hair would a shine to it and is almost always "let down." She felt that it went perfectly with her favorite outfit of a simply school girl skirt, with a sleeveless tank-top that stopped just above the belly-button. Although when this was not an appropriate she would wear an outfit that others saw as oldstyle. She thought that just because that it was out of style didnt mean it wasnt cute, so she wore it anyways. A school girl shirt with a school girl skirt. Short and sweet.

Biography: Laurn was born and raised in the Dallas Texas. Lauren lived with her older brothers Jacob and Lewis until she turned 19. On her 19th birthday, Lauren moved out and into a house with her bestfriend Rachael. They lived together until tragedy struck Rachaels family in the form of her mother dieing. This left Lauren to pay the bills on her own and, without Rachael with her, she could not keep her job at the bar as a Bartending duet (since Rachael was absent). She then moved back in with her brothers and made money by holding mini tournaments to see who could defeat her in a duel. Lauren is a moderately happy girl who speaks her mind and rarely tries to hide her feelings. She serves as a few peoples emotional adviser. She is a caring young woman who looks on the bright side of things whenever possible. Although she is normally a calm cool and collected girl, Lauren can be very feisty.

Duel Disk Style: Lauren Winters' duel disk resembles Akiza Izinski'z Duel Disk. Akiza Kozaki's duel disk resembles Akiza Izinski'z Duel Disk. Lauren's duel disk is grean and pink. When Lauren removes a card from play the purple ball on Izinzki's Duel Disk opens up. The Extra Deck Resides in a slot on the opposite side of the disk from the card zones.

Duel Runner Style: Lauren's duel runner resembles Sherry Leblehbleh's duel runner. The duel runner is pink and green and the duel disk is to be inserted in a space infront of Lauren's seat and wh-en activated, the card zones seperate so that the Spell and Trap Card zone is seperated from the Monster Card Zone so that one section is raise above the other. The Spell and Trap Cards are played on the bottom sections while the monsters are played on the top sections. In short it'll look like a bird with 2 sets of wings, 1 set above the other.

Speed Spell - Half Hazard Synchro (Normal): Activate when your Speed Counters are 8 or higher. You can select 1 Synchro monster in your Extra Deck and reduce it's Level to 5 or lower, until your End Phase. When the selected monster is successfully Synchro Summoned, it's ATK become 1000, until your opponent's End Phase.

Speed Spell - Power Baton (Normal): Activate when you have 6 or more Speed Counters. Send 1 Monster Card from your Deck to your Graveyard to have 1 monster you control gain ATK equal to the sent monster's ATK until the end of the next Damage Step. You cannot conduct your normal draw during your next Draw Phase.

 

Speed Spell - Rapid Shot Wing (Normal): Activate when you have 4 or more Speed Counters. Target monster you control gains 100 ATK for each of your Speed Counters, until the End Phase.

Speed Spell - Quick Breaks (Quick-Play): This card can be activated by removing 5 Speed Counters. Negate all attacks and card effects that target monsters you control this turn.

 

Speed Spell - Zero Rebirth (Normal): Activate only while you have 3 or more Speed Counters. Special Summon 1 monster destroyed by an opponent's card effect this turn in Attack Position. Its ATK becomes 0.

 

Speed Spell - Pursuit Gain (Normal): Activate this card when you have less Speed Counters then your opponent. Your Speed Counters become equal to the number of Speed Counters your opponent has.

Speed Spell - Detour! (Quick-Play): Activate only when the difference in you and your opponents Speed Counters is 4 or more and your opponent gains Speed Counters by the effect of "Speed World 2" or a Speed Spell. You gain the number of Speed Counters instead.

 

Speed Spell - Speed Ritual (Normal): Activate only while you have 4 or more Speed Counters. Send, from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, monsters whose total Level equals the Level of a Ritual Monster in your hand and Ritual Summon that monster.

Speed World 2 is the Speed World being used in this RP.

 

To start a Turbo Duel, at least 2 players have to activate the "Speed World 2" field spell. "Speed World 2" is a unique Field Spell Card that changes the gameplay of normal duels to create a Turbo Duel with additional rules and gameplay. When Speed World is activated, the duel field is covered in a purple dome caused by the effect of Speed World (No purple dome with "Speed World 2", although the scenery does change sometimes).

 

Normally, to allow a player to focus on a Duel, when a Turbo Duel is engaged the Duel Runners enter autopilot. This autopilot can be toggled on or off to add to the challenge by requiring the duelist to steer the Duel Runner manually while handling the cards. Auto-pilot is not applied when using Speed World 2.

 

During each of either player's Standby Phases, 1 Speed Counter is placed on both player's "Speed World 2"; although in the counter is not placed on the first turn. There are also cards which can either decrease or increase the number of Speed Counters on "Speed World". There are even cards that can prevent either player from accumulating Speed Counters.

 

"Speed World 2" also inflicts 2000 damage to a player's Life Points whenever that player would activate a non-"Speed Spell" Spell Card in a duel.

 

Also "Speed World 2" has additional effects

 

If you activate a non-"Speed Spell" Spell Card, take 2000 damage. During each player's Standby Phases, place 1 Speed Counter on this card (max. 12). You can remove any number of Speed Counters from this card to activate an appropriate effect:

● 4: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each "Speed Spell" card in your hand.

● 7: Draw 1 card.

● 10: Select and destroy 1 card on the field.

Gender - Male

Appearance - Dispite the fact that his last name is Prince he hardly looks anything like most Prince's would. Jayson has long spikey hair which is dyed in a deep Blue, Jayson has done this on purpose to make himself look like his favourite video game character "Sonic the Hedgehog" he has been dubbed "Sonic" because he looks like him according to his peers. Jayson also wears a Blue and White shirt most of it is White but around his shoulders and arms are blue. Jayson wears White pants and Blue Shoes. Jayson is also seen wearing Sun Glasses that also act like a headband. During Turbo Duels he wears a Blue Duel Suit and helmet.

Decks - Blackwing/Gadgets, Level Deck.

Duel Disk Style - Jayson has a Blue Duel Disk that looks similar to those seen in the academies. He has the word "Prince" ingraved in his duel disk in New Times Roman font. There is a compartment that opens up when he activates a Field Spell card. Underneath his duel disk is a box that contains his Extra Deck which is strapped on tightly to prevent being dropped while running or just during a duel.

Duel Runner Style Jaysons Duel Runner is similar to Yusei's runner in terms of Duel Runner body but is alot different in design. Jayson's runner is White with a Blue Flame on both sides, both sides have the words "Jayson" and "Prince" within the flames on seperate sides. Jayson has an inbuilt stereo that connects to his Ipod he usually chooses a song to play before each turbo duel.

*Age: 19

*Gender: Male

*Appearance: Keegan is a very tall man for his age, standing at the height of 6'4". He has italian thin style glasses which assist his blue eyes at sight. His hair is moderately short and is a dark black. His usual outfit is a pale blue or grey hoodie with normal blue colored jeans. He also has many scars over his right knee and his arm, making him look, tough per say.

*Duel Disk Style: His duel disk is very basic looking, similar to the ones handed out in Battle City, but with some changes. First off, his duel disk is a palish red color, and the lights on the disk, are green. Another thing to mention, is that where his deck would be placed, there is a little compartment below it for his extra deck

*Age: 20

 

*Gender: Male

 

*Appearance: Usually found in t-shirts and a pair of jeans, Matt stands at six feets and holds a lean stature

along with his slightly tanned complexture. As for his hair, the young adult perfers the emo style, usually

covering one of his soft brown eyes with a dark brown bang or simply brushing it to the side so his hair

can frame his face. He also carries a pair of black headphones, usually worn around his neck, that connect

to his matching cellphone. While his apperance can change during the colder months Matt tends to keep to the

same colours and to the same style with the goal of trying to keep a innocent appearence even if he isn't

the innocent type.

*Duel Disk Style: For his duel disk, Matt uses a generic recoloured academy duel disk. The disk is now

black where it was white and the details were done in a poisoness purple to match his emoish attire.

Besides the recolouring a slot where a extra deck could be kept was added to the back of the disk

for easy access.

Name: Walter Reed

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Appearance: Just over 6 foot tall, with a medium build. He is mostly fit, although a little overweight. He has an Aryan look, with short blond hair, including a beard, and blue eyes. He usually wears a shirt or t-shirt and either jeans or cargo trousers, along with a black jacket. He wears glasses, with lenses that tint in sunlight.

Biography: Walter was born and raised in England, and had what could be considered an average life. He started duelling as a hobby, playing with friends and family, although he found he was better than most of them. Even so, duelling was not a major part of his life, and instead he focussed on studying. He eventually made his way to university, where he joined a club and began to face tougher opponents. In this last year, he has been on an exchange to an American college, which has recently ended. With several months before the next year starts, he decided to take a holiday and earn some extra money before heading home.

Decks: Scrap (Ground), Quickdraw/Debris (Turbo),

Duel Disk Style: A rather old, and slightly worn, design, with a circular central section and parallel slots for the cards. The two closest to the hand slide into the other half, to reduce the size, and all five sections slide outwards to clear room to access the graveyard. There are further slots for the extra deck and for cards removed from play. This is not his own duel disk, but one he bought second-hand on arrival in the US, and will leave behind when he goes home.

Duel Runner Style: Walter has hired a bike for his stay in the US. Although he could ride before, he didn't have his own bike, although he plans to get one upon his return. A rather generic design, similar to the ones used by security. It is in green, and has a large storage container on the back, allowing Walter to use it for general transport. The card slots, along with the graveyard, are fixed, with a separate wrist strap holding the deck and hand. This is separate to his grown duel disk, meaning he has to change between them.

Name: Mion Muzaki

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Mion is short and slender, with light-green hair that cascades down her back. She keeps the hair straight, but occasionally puts it up in a ponytail. She has pale skin, and dark green eyes that always seem to shine. She wears a simple schoolgirl outfit, which includes a white, sleeveless top and a solid black skirt. She also wears a light-green tie because she thinks it makes her look official.

Biography: Mion Muzaki grew up in a rich mansion in Tokyo, but it was when her parents decided to move to Miami that the trouble started. Mion could not fit in with the different culture of America and quickly became a social outcast. It was around this time that Mion started to take an interest in Dueling, and since her repressive mother didn't allow her any spending money, Mion took up an early job and set out to buy all kinds of cards, eventually constructing four shoddily built decks. Still, it is apparent that Mion is still suffering in America, under her parent's care. She is regularly scolded, taunted, and beaten by her mother because she is apparently "imperfect", and her father is always away at work. Despite her hardships, Mion always keeps an annoyingly bright attitude about her, starved for affection that her parents keep from her. All she wants in a friend, and she hopes to meet some new people this summer. Mion is absurdly positive at all times, but years of abuse have left her submissive to anybody. She is shy, and quite easily embarrassed.

Duel Disk Style: Mion owns a standard issue Duel Disk. It is cheap, pink, and plastic. She's not proud of her tacky Disk, but she attempts to wear it with pride. Looking proud about your chintzy Disk seems hard sometimes, especially when a girly voice erupts from the device, shouting life point calculations and encouragement in a strange, robotic voice.

Duel Runner Style: Mion does not yet own a Duel Runner, because she doesn't have enough money to acquire a license, and she thinks she'll embarrass herself if she applies. Therefore, Mion can only attend to grounded Duels. She looks at other Runners with jealousy, however. Mion hopes to obtain a Runner of her very own someday, but for now, it appears as if she will have to wait. She dreams of owning a green Runner.

Name: Logan Kruze

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Appearance: Logan is 6 feet tall with short black hair and green eyes. He isnt very muscular, being that hes too lazy to work out. His hair is normally just a mess and the way he dresses in public is nothing special. A plain white t-shirt and some jeans. He dosnt like the sun in his eyes so he weres sunglasses during the day. At night he takes a less normal appearance, being very much a night owl he well trade in his plain white t-shirt for a fuzzy bath robe and enjoy a nice quite twilight covered beach.

Biography:Logan was born and raised in America, Hes quite, calm, and lazy. He prefers to watch people duel rather than duel himself, And he's more intrested in women than in Yu-gi-oh. He dosnt think much of his appearance and prefers night over day so he's rarely seen on the beach in the morning perfering to go at night when noone else is there. Arron Trys to act cool but on the inside hes just a little old nerd so most of his decks are weak due to the fact that he cares more about how the cards look than if their useful. His best deck (Final Countdown) is one he only brings out if you pissed him off or insulted a girl he likes.

*Age: 19

*Gender: Female

*Appearance: Short light red hair that only almost reaches her shoulder with gold yellow eyes. She wears a dull brown jacket and a red skirt. She's quite short standing at about 5'4 but this doesn't get to her too often. She won't wear any bright colors, usually the colors will be dark purple, black, or brown. She wears lipstick that matches her hair and speaking of her lips they're quite small this one thing she actually dislikes about herself. Sometimes she can be seen wearing her purple tank top instead, if it gets really hot out.

~Biography: Born in the city of Jacksonville North Carolina. But she wasn't raised there after her parents died in a car accident when she was 3 she was left as a orphan, until finally adopted at the age of six. Ever since then she has a hard time showing her true feelings, she may seem happy and okay, but deep down she's hurting. She just doesn't want to but the burden of her own problems on anyone else. She also is quite quiet, only to speak when spoken to, but she has a habit of saying things out loud and fixing Duel Runners. Most people just call her Liz.

*Duel Disk Style: Normal duel disk, but it's in a deep purple color. When she activates her duel disk it makes a eerie sound that can spook a person unaware. This duel disk was the only one she had ever. So she treats it with care it's one of her prize possessions.

~Duel Runner Style: Duel Runner is like Crow's, but black and purple and a bit skinnier. The wings on the duel runner resemble a vampire bat. Much like her duel disk she gave it a eerie sound every time it activates. She constantly shines her Runner, so it's most likely to shine against the sun. Brightening it's colors, which Elizabeth dislikes sometimes.

*Age: 18

*Appearance: Has short black hair with eyes so brown that they appear to be black. Some has commented that they kind of look golden when seen in the right light. Is pretty tall, around 5’10 or 5’11. Weighs 190 pounds and is a little bit on the chubby side. He isn’t very muscular but is big in the shoulders, which makes him look bigger and stronger than he really is. Likes to wear blue jeans pants and shorts, and stylish shirts. Most of his shirts have designs of dragons, skulls, or knights on them. He has to wear glasses to see things clearly and far away, but his vision is perfect if things are put really close to his face.

~Biography: Blane was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Though it’s a very country state, he lived in the city. He was from the west end, but knew the worst parts to stay out off. He made good grades in school, not straight A’s but pretty close to it, which helped him get into a good high school and graduate at the top 5 percentile of his class. He does nothing but work all day an night, and practice various forms of dance by himself when he gets the chance (which he’s pretty good at by the way). He has a lot of energy and could be very friendly if you know him personally, but can be cold and sometimes shy when meeting new people. His parents has urged him to take a break from all his work, which has led him to Miami, Florida.

*Appearance: Ikana wears a long robe that is purple in color. He came from a rather hot place to Miami, so he is used to hot weather, and his material of the robe is thin to were he can easily run in it if needed. He wears sandals most of the time, but they were modified to stay on his feet even while running. The purple robe has a dark blue trim to it, and the rather long sleeves change to dark blue halfway down them. He also has a coat that is also thin so that he can wear it and have pockets as needed.The coat is dark yellow, and is almost a greenish color. It has no hood.

~Biography: Ikana came from the land of, you guessed it, Egypt. He grew up NOT playing Duel Monsters, as he prefers to call it, and only recently started to play it. Needless to say, he’s still a novice, but does enjoy a good duel either way. He doesn’t mess with anything meta, and instead uses a Archetype he has grown to love using, Gravekeeper’s. He just recently arrived in Miami, due to it being a long flight.

*Appearance: He's your typical-looking boy who's obviously British. He has blonde hair which is turning brown, and blue glasses. He wears a green and white striped top and tracksuit bottoms. On formal occasions he wears a tuxedo with his deck and duel disk stored away ready for action. This may seem uncomfortable but Sprite rigged his tuxedo and duel disk so it looks (and feels) like nothing's there.

*Decks: He only runs one deck which is unnamed. He always uses Curse of Dragon and Mystical Space Typhoon. The rest of his deck is Elemental-Hero/Junk Warrior based.

*Duel Disk Style: The duel disk is rigged with his tuxedo (as seen above) and later on in school-life, rigged with his tops. The duel disk is basically one from Duel Academy, but with extra slots for Fusion and Synchro Monsters, never mind for Speed Counters, when he lends the Duel Disk to his friends. The duel disk is just like the Yami Yugi story's duel disk, which positions into the Duel Academy Duel Disk.

Appearance: Noah stands at about four feet eleven inches. His hair is a light brown and goes down to his neck, the same color as his eyes. He often dons a circular hat made of all of his copies of the card Moja. His attire includes a brown t-shirt with a large yellow "x" in the center. He also wears a pair of black jeans with brown shoes and a yellow vest. He is light skinned and has a mild sunburn on his back, caused by a recent vacation to Mollasia.

 

Biography: Noah grew up in Minnesota, where he lived a mostly average school life, living with his parents and older brother. He came across Duel Monsters when a classmate had left the card "Moja" on his desk. Noah grew to enjoy the card and began playing Yu-Gi-Oh regularly, making a simple Beast Deck centering on Moja. Eventually he began collecting them and entering in local tournaments. Overall Noah is a very cheerful person, fun-loving and not caring about the meta, though he does have a rather large temper that occasionally comes out when someone he knows is harmed. His favorite card is Moja and he includes it in every deck he runs, which is usually not difficult considering most of his decks are Beast heavy.

Duel Disk Style: Noah's duel disk is a standard issue one, the only difference between it and the average one is that he has spray painted it brown and painted yellow on the monster card zones. Noah is proud of this disk and treats it as his own creation and wears it with pride.

 

Duel Runner Style: Being fourteen, Noah is unable to obtain a Duel Runner, however he wishes to get one when he is older and has already prepared his own Riding Uniform for this occasion.

Her skin is fair in color and her hair is in a braided ponytail that reaches down her back. She is about 5'7" and has bright red eyes. ~Biography: Nukaka was an assassin for SKY industries hired where the Magus Mech units failed to kill Raiden Altivar. However when Raiden defeated her he rewrote her memory back to her happy-go-lucky self. She still however retained her catlike agility and instincts which led her to belive that she was part cat. She is highly social and energetic and likes to make friends. But her high level of energy can have her come off as annoying to some people. She also has little knowledge of social norms which can lead to akward situations for people she's with.

Appearance: John is 5 foot, 11.5 inches tall, and is about average size for a teenage boy. He is usually seen wearing tennis shoes with a uniform from the academy he attends, but in all black, lined with white. He usually wears Blue jeans along with the sleeveless uniform. His hair is black and unkempt, but it looks as if that is how John likes his hair. John also wears glasses for nearsightedness.

 

Biography: John was born in Fayetteville, NC, as the son of a soldier stationed at Ft. Bragg. He grew up normally, getting straight A's his whole life as a child. In 3rd grade, a new card game was introduced, and he fell in love with it. The first card he ever owned was Red Eyes Black Dragon. He loved the card, and ran it in every deck he made, until archetypes came out. When his little sister was a few years old, he taught her how to play the game, and she learned quickly. Shaping up against each other as she got older, he went on to build many different decks, and enter into multiple contests with them, usually winning. He had amassed 15 different decks as he turned 17, and he was met with news on that day as well. He was going to spend a summer in Miami, Florida, so he could experience life away from home. He protested, and was eventually able to convince his parents to at least take his duel runner, and that is where John's story begins.

Duel Disk Style: John's duel disk looks like the Wheel of Fortune disk, but in black and white. The areas that were originally white are now black, and the Card zones are white with black arrows. Also, anywhere that moves about is lined in white, such as the Field Spell slot. The other parts of the original disk, that were not white, have been converted to white.

 

Duel Runner Style: For his 16th birthday, John received a replica of the Wheel of Fortune duel runner. The only difference is the duel runner is black where it was once white. Only the very tip at the front, the boosters, and the feathers remain white. The spot for his duel disk is located directly below the screen, to accommodate with John's personal tastes. The only other touch he added in was a radio headset for his helmet, that connects to the duel runner, to listen to the radio.

She also wears matching white shorts and black sneakers.

~Biography: Scarlet comes from a rich family. Unlike most of her family, however, she isn't a snobby rich b****. She tries her best to be kind, albeit is a little naive at times. She has an older brother who she admires. He's what got her into Duel Monsters. Her brother, died when during her 16th birthday, which was around 4 months ago. Before he died, when he was at her birthday party, he gave her a Naturia Deck, which is her main deck, along with 2 other side Decks. She was sent to Miami for vacation to get over her brother's death.

*Duel Disk Style: Scarlet's duel disk looks like a standard Academy duel disk, but is white. The orb in the center is gold and has purple lines that go through it. It also has purple lines that go around the card zones and where the Deck should be.

~Duel Runner Style: For her 16th Birthday, Scarlet got a Duel Runner. It was customized, and, because of her parent's vast amount of money, was made of clear glass. When being used, the glass lights up with a blueish glow. The Duel Runner is pretty similar to normal Duel Runners, other than that. Although it is a little thinner.

*Appearance: A six foot three inch tall person who was the best Basketball player in his school due to his height.. He has black hair and dark blue eyes that can't be seen in the night. He is double jointed in his wrists and legs so if he gets in a hold that makes people tap, he can just get out of it quick. It has been said he had a twelve pack instead of the regular 6 pack people usually have. He also has the face of an angel due to the clearness and the color of his face. He likes to wear a New York Yankee's hat and loves to wear his MJ Basketball shoes. He usually wears a blue t-shirt and dark blue paints.

~Biography: A former dueling champion while using his feared Counter Fairy Deck, but it fell while facing Blackwings. He vowed to never duel again until he made an unbeatable deck. After years of testing, he found the perfect mix of the legendary Stun deck and the D.D. monsters. He waited to test it against tough opponents so when he heard there was something going on in Miami he hopped on a plane and headed there.

*Decks: Stun D.D. (A combination of Antimeta and the D.D. Archetype.), Dragon Deck (A basic Dragon Deck he is testing. Don't expect him to do his best with it.)

*Duel Disk Style: He had a specially made duel disk that has a special RFP slot so he can grab his D.D. monsters through their ability. It is painted blueish grey to match his personality and dueling style. When he had it appraised, it was said to be worth over a million dollars.

~Duel Runner Style: A super fast Duel Runner painted Silver to match his prized ring. It also is able to carry his Duel Disk easily and allows him to take it out just as easy. His seat turns to he can get out of it quickly. It has been said his Duel Runner can go 300 mph even though he never goes faster than 150 mph.

*Gender: MAle

*Appearance: Cal is old and wrinkly, his hair white and balding. He wears a ragged WWI army general uniform with many medals as he served in it as well as several other wars. Cal is always stooped over as he is slightly hunched back. He alsoi requires the use of a walking stick. Finally he has a white beard from his age and lack of shaving.

~Biography: Cal is a old army vet, serving in many wars before retiring and winning many medals, they took a toll on his sanity, making him go senile early and a bit jumpy. Trying to find a hobby to calm down, he took the slightly more dangerous act of playing yu-gi-oh, which merely heightened his madness. He became virtually unbeatable for a time though he would also lose a bit from extremly careless mistakes. One time he even one against a chap using a counter fairy deck when he was using his blackwings, fella named Jona... Oh heck, it's been awhile, how can I remenber. As Cal's fame grew and his sanity dwindled Cal was hired to find some undercover evil drug cartel hidden in the card tornament (or so he thinks, actually he just heard an offer to join the tornament and imagined the rest). As such he is prepared to save the world, but is the world prepared for him.

*Decks: Blackwings, Fabled/Darkworld, Mokey Mokey, Senile deck *it's a deck filled with terrible dumb cards that is completely useless, he accidentally uses this deck allot*

*Duel Disk Style: Cal's is special as it is actually his walking stick. Well his walking stick is half of it, it is usen as a stand for the real duel disk, which is a small board that unfolds, this let's him play traditional table top yugioh.

~Duel Runner Style: It's a big green tank. The generic tanks you always image, with the cannon. The tank uses the cannon to fire the card holograms. It's apperantly was a loan from the army for Cal's extradinary service while in it.

Name: Lloyd Patton

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Appearance: Lloyd stands at about six feet even but he's adamant about being six foot one, claiming it to be a far superior height for a man to stand at. He has a thin and almost scrawny build. At the least there's not much of fat or muscle to be seen. His legs give him a bit more height than his upper body. His skin is very white, having no pigment whatsoever. For that matter he's an albino compete with white hair and irises that appear to be pink. His face seems a bit more narrow than round and has a slightly longer nose and slightly more narrow eyes than a normal European person. His hair is relatively short but quite thick and can look quite messy in a hurry if there's enough of a breeze. His clothing looks rather refined, or at the least expensive. He'll generally wear short-sleeved single color t-shirts with short sleeved button-up shirts of various styles. As well he often wears slacks of various colors depending on what else he might be wearing. He also wears thinly framed glasses as well as a very expensive looking wrist band that also functions as watch by flipping up a small covering.

Lloyd's great something or other was supposedly some big shot general in some big war around 1940 to 1950. The guy never really concerned Lloyd. All he knows is somehow the man's first name became his family's last name, other than that he never wanted to learn anything about him. Lloyd has always had a great interesting in older things, well older things except war. History is fine but he never cares to study war or military history. Antiques are a big hobby of his and he often goes shopping for them. Unfortunately, antiques don't come cheap. Fortunately, Lloyd's family is loaded and he had easy access to a lot of money which is the reason he can always be mailing antiques back home from wherever he goes and buy the latest styles at the same time.

 

Lloyd got caught up in duel monsters when he heard it supposedly had connections to an ancient type of battle that old time Egyptians took part in. For that reason alone he treats every card like a treasure worthy of the highest praise, care, and perfection. Lloyd is very obsessive about keeping his cards in great condition, mostly because he uses card from the much older sets of duel monsters that you can't really buy anymore. Lloyd has also always been rather intelligent, but he has a rather annoying way of showing it. He prefers to use many big words when simpler words could work so much easier just to annoy people he dislikes. He'll speak much more plainly around people he trusts/likes/is friends with. Lloyd is one to pull a lot of what seem to be personality one eighties. Usually he's friendly though hard to understand. If you mention something about say his height or his albino appearance he usually flips and yells at whoever said anything about him. When he's serious attempted jokes, even horribly poor ones, will make him burst out laughing. He works himself up on things he plans to do as well and acts like the world is shattering around him should what he thought was to happen does not.

 

Lloyd quickly found a dueling idol as he got into the game himself, an older man of course. His name was Cal Reinfield, who coincidentally was also a general in some big war; not that mattered to Lloyd. Lloyd loved the fact that an older man was not only playing duel monsters but doing rather well in it when he defeated a rather well known counter fairy deck. Though shortly after he seemed to disappear from the dueling word for awhile. This drove Lloyd to want to become an amazing duelist and due to his efforts he was invited to a tournament in Miami Florida. Though due to many complications he wasn't able to arrive on time. His family quickly chartered a private jet to get him there as fast as he could. He has two real goals in the tournament: Find Cal or at least a lead on him, and beat as many duelists as he can.

Lloyd was never able to gather whole archetypes and making well known decks, not that he ever really wanted to though. Instead, using the older cards he has he threw together cards he liked into general themes. He has a total of three.

 

1.) Fire-Light Throw Together.

2.) Random Power Deck.

3.) Weakling Stall.

 

 

Duel Disk Style: Due to his affinity for older things, Lloyd was sure to get a remake of the original duel disk design as he felt nothing other than the original should be used by a true duelist, or at the least his hero would have never used anything past the first model if even that. Of course his model looks much newer and much nicer. It's also a fair bit less bulky and the parts that form the playing field come all the way inside so as to take up less space when it's not being used.

Duel Runner Style: While Lloyd owns a duel runner he dislikes it. If nothing other than he detests the Speed World spell card. His duel runner is not nearly as obvious as others and in fact usually resembles a Harley, dark red in color. Though when he brings his duel disk into it some more protective measures come up around the side and of course the bike can then be set to auto-pilot. Lloyd will far more often than not use the duel runner as a means of transportation as opposed to a means of dueling

*Appearance: Short with short, dark brown hair that sticks out of his baseball hat that he got at a turbo duel when he was ten years old. Has pitch black eyes and a really big pupil making it so that when you look at him from a distance his eye looks fully black. Is mostly tan, but still a little pale from being inside most of the previous seasons as he normally just comes out in summer. Has muscles but you cannot see them under his shirt which he normally wears sleeveless, black shirts and black cargo shorts most of the time. There is a compartment that opens up when he activates a Field Spell card. Underneath his duel disk is a box that contains his Extra Deck which is strapped on tightly to prevent being dropped while running or just during a duel.

Duel Runner Style Jaysons Duel Runner is similar to Yusei's runner in terms of Duel Runner body but is alot different in design. Jayson's runner is White with a Blue Flame on both sides, both sides have the words "Jayson" and "Prince" within the flames on seperate sides. Jayson has an inbuilt stereo that connects to his Ipod he usually chooses a song to play before each turbo duel.
