There are 6 events and each event needs 6 people to sign up. So that makes 36 places. Why don't you try putting this contest into your signature. Then you might get afew more people joining.

For all the High Jumpers, your challenge is to make a Blackwing Effect Monster. It cannot be a Tuner or a Synchro. Note that I will not judge you on the picture AS MUCH as I would normally do, since it is relatively difficult to find a picture appropriate for Blackwings. However, I will still take the picture into account so if your picture is absolutely pathetic, you will be graded down. I made this challenge since we all know that Blackwings are dying in the TCG now because of the new banlist limiting Royal Oppression and Black Whirlwind, so we need some ideas for Blackwings to be redeemed once more.

If that monster is sent to the Graveyard, double the original ATK and DEF of this card until the End Phase. If this card destroys a monster by battle while this effect is in play, destroy this card after damage calculation.

Lore: This card can be Special Summoned if you have 2 'Blackwing' monsters on your side of the field in Attack Position. While there are 2 other 'Blackwing' monsters in Attack Position, this card can attack directly. When a 'Blackwing' monster is destroyed in battle, you can switch the ATK and DEF of the monster that destroyed it until the opponent's 2nd End Phase after this effect's activation.

 

Wanted to do a boss monster for this really, but like you said awful trying to get a good pic.
