Appearance:

Personality: Rarely speaks, unless he's battling. During battles he never shuts up.

Bio: He was born in Emarald City but at the age of 12 moved to Diamond City in search of Regigas. He never found it, but he was offered a position as Gym Leader there. He is very powerful and only accepts challenges from trainers who have obtained 7 Gym Badges. His first 2 Pokemon were 2 Ralts of different genders, both of which evolved into different Pokemon. He got the Lunatone and Solrock in Diamond Cave. The other 2 were obtained later on. He gives the Mental Badge to those who defeat him.

Personality is acceptable, if not great but the Biography NEEDS more to it. Especially when it's a gym leader. Make it a shortened version of his life up to this point but we need more info.

for a second trainer I would like to reserve Darkrai. Just wondering, where would he appear?

That's not up to me I'm afraid. If I had to guess where it would be seen I'd say Zero Island. But that's up to Kirby.

 

Oh and we will be playing with clauses (anyone who is familiar with competitive game battling will know what I mean) so you can't abuse Dark Void if you do catch Darkrai.
