OCG / Common Sense:

OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever.

 

Effect:

First effect is probably...not going to happen xD If you're running pure Genex Ally without any other Genex monsters, all your opponent has to do is declare something than DARK and that effect becomes worthless. And since there is no option of choosing to Special Summon it or not, what if you can't Special Summon a Genex of that Attribute? Next effect is nice for getting out a Genex Controller, which is the main Tuner of the Genex archetype. If the first effect does work, you can right off the bat get this to your hand, getting ready for a Synchro.

 

Usefulness / Balance:

Can be useful. If that first effect fails, that second effect can still help in the Deck your using. The effect seems balanced enough, but the stats on the other hand, might be a bit to high IMO. By the looks of this monster, it shouldn't have some nice stats, Genex Ally already has a beater or two. I'd lower this card's stats, and maybe Level to fit it's appearance.

So it's essentially a +2.

 

A bit overpowered, to be honest.

 

Think about it this way: summon this, Special Summon a Tuner with that Attribute, add Controller to your hand, Synchro Summon, and still have 6 cards in your hand.

 

Fun thought for a card though.

I would say it is a little O'ped but the ATK and DEF make up for that.

I figured it was OP. I can see why it's ATK maybe a bit high for an effect as such, I'll lower it to maybe 1600

Sexy card. This would be great to run in Genex, because you could possibily search a tuner like Genex Controller or a monster that can be treated as Genex Controller. It can also search Genex Controller which is amazing. Makes Genex a lot faster and more competitive.
