Yin and Yang

World of Yin

|Continuous Spell Card|

Effect: While this card is face-up on the field, it is treated as a Field Spell Card. If "World of Yang" is not face-up on the field, during the 3rd Standby Phase after this card's activation, this card is destroyed. When this card is destroyed while you control "Yin-Yang Peace Dragon", switch control of all face-up monsters. If "World of Yang" is face-up on the field, the field is treated as "World of Yin and Yang". While the field is treated as "World of Yin and Yang" control of monsters cannot be switched. If this card is activated while you control "World of Yang", you can Special Summon "Yin-Yang Peace Dragon" from your hand.

Yin-Yang Peace Dragon

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if the field is treated as "World of Yin and Yang". Once per turn, if "World of Yin" would be destroyed, it is not. Once per turn, if "World of Yang" would be destroyed, it is not. While this card is on the field, during each of your opponent's turns, they can only activate a number of Spell, Trap, and Monster Card effects equal to the number of Spell, Trap, and Monster Card effect you activated during your last turn. Each time you take Battle Damage, your opponent takes damage equal to the Battle Damage you recieve. If "World of Yin" or "World of Yang" is destroyed, remove this card from play. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.

You activate one.

It is destroyed because the other isn't activated yet.

 

Neither can be activated.

 

You can also just throw them away to randomly take the opponent's field, which is too powerful.

 

Peace Dragon is odd.

 

Unfortunately, if you remove the control clause (you've have to for balance), the two first cards are useless alone, and the dragon without those two, so you're running 3 easily dead cards in any multiple, probably 3 so you have /some/ chance of them not being dead. In most games, that'd give you 1/4 of your Deck as dead, and probably just fall to Compulse or something when it's pulled off :s Doesn't feel viable at all.
