the light hex, what is its exact ruling?

i looked the light hex up on yugioh.wikia.com and it says "This monster's second effect cannot be used to Special Summon Fusion Monsters that can only be Summoned by Fusion Summon, such as "Dark Paladin".[1]" and that leaves me confused, everyone has been recommending me to put it in my hero deck, but all the fusions state can only be special summoned by fusion summon. you tell me

hey can you call of the haunted/ monster reborn elemental hero fusions??

You don't summon anything with its effect in a Hero Deck, you just use the fact that it's a LIGHT fusion sub.

Ratbox Heros don't need Light Hex when they can just use Earth Hex, IMO =/
