Mercenaries- contract killers. Heroes to some, villains to others. They willingly spill the blood of those they don't know for a living.

Mercenaries are in all corners of the world. Whether it be Varria, Krysenna, Peinia, Merc, or Agon, there are mercenaries willing to kill... that is, for the right price. There is work anywhere. Any time you want it, anywhere you want it... the only problem is getting caught.

You are a mercenary. No group to fight alongside, definitive contractor. Though it seems... any contractor that hires you has been killed by guards before you had a chance to get your pay.

 

During your struggle to make a living, all countries are at war. Not often is it people are killed during raids. Your struggle is not only to make a pay... but to stay alive trying. You yourself are at was with these countries. Though, who ever expected the life of a mercenary to be easy?

Any of the following countries can be the home of your mercenaries:

Varria- Somewhat a desert. The only water in the area is the ocean coast. Varrians usually aren't wealthy. Those that are tend to look down on others. Varria's main enemy in the war is Merc. Despite their armies' lack of strategy and tactics, they have strength and brute force on their side.

Krysenna- A very fertile land. Many people in Krysenna are rich. The country is abundant with farms and other areas. Their army is very strategic, but often lacks force.

Peinia- A very defensive country. The walls are tall and powerful. All of them are constantly patrolled by archers and elite warriors, all well prepared for battle. They rarely go after an enemy, but when they're attacked, they use incredible tactics and extreme skill to defeat them.

Merc- A land named due to the abundant amount of mercenary contractors. The country is not very powerful as far as guards, but when they need to kill, they aren't afraid to hire mercenaries for the war.

Agon- the country that started it all. The Rulers of Agon are crazed, evil, even demonic. Their goals are to take over all of it's neighboring countries and wage war with the rest of the known world. The warriors of Agon are powerful. Their tactics are usually weak, but they make up for it with more strength than any other country of the Known World.

3. The only NPCs you can control are contractors, your mercenary target, and civilians.

5. No being unrealistic with your abilities (Magic: yes. Supernatural Powers: no. Getting stabbed 5000 times and living: no. ETC.)

6. No descriptions for appearance; pictures only.

History: Aeros grew up a poor boy in the city of Agon. His parents could not afford anything... he was barely even fed. At age 16, Aeros decided to take up the life of a mercenary. He started to train at age 17 and got his first contract at age 18. He's not a feared mercenary, and a well respected one as well.

Personality: Aeros is friendly as long as you don't know his true goals. He rarely responds to "hello"s that he hears on the street. Aeros is willing to kill anyone, as long as it means a decent pay.

Weapon of Choice: A large broadsword with a black handle. Along the handle is the word "End." Because of this, Aeros has called this blade "Maker of End."

Fighting Style: Merciless

History: Like a flower growing in a landfill, Bianca was deemed by many who has seen her as the most beautiful girl in all of Krysenna. Despite this, she was also one of the poorest. However, her parents still tried to keep things together and keep their darling girl happy. They showered her with praise and walked with her every day. They didn't have much, but they gave it all to her.

 

Near her tenth birthday, the young 14 year old prince of neighboring Peinia was traveling the countryside when he spotted her. Seeing her, he instantly fell head over heels in love and, as was common for the time, he offered to purchase her from her parents. They discussed it for quite some time before finally agreeing to it. They needed the money, and their daughter would have a much, much better life as princess of Peinia. Her parents agreed never to claim her or come looking for her, as it would be scandalous for the people of Peinia to discover their princess and second in command was not only a filthy street rat, but also not even of the country.

 

So, all was set for young Bianca to have a typical, Disney-style wedding, however that was not to be the case. The day of the ten year old's wedding, it seemed quite a many assassins from other countries had been hired to take out the royal Peinian family. The son, in broad daylight and ready to kiss his blushing bride, was the first to go. An arrow right through his temporal lobe. The queen fell next, a knife through the jugular, as the assassins rushed the castle in an attempt to take out the rest of the royal family.

 

A true bloodbath, as palace guards and assassins fought for quite some time. The guards eventually managed to restore peace, leaving the king to pick up the pieces. As the king of Peinia never quite approved of his son's decision, he was perfectly fine letting the ten year old street rat go out into the world with nothing, no friends, no family, no way of getting home.

 

And this was all the information of the girl that is public knowledge. What happened between then and now is largely a mystery. At some point in time, she seemed to acquire magical powers and 3 weapons, unclear whether or not the weapons gave her the magic, or the magic gave her the weapons. She would take these and join the mercenaries, though her goals and aspirations are currently unknown.

 

Because she does avoid certain jobs with low risk and high reward, outsiders may assume she is comfortably well off, however making assumptions just makes an ass out of u and mption.

 

Personality: One would expect the girl to be a cold hearted monster, however she's surprisingly upbeat and carefree for someone who murders people for a living. She skips about and typically walks unarmed, except for armor when not on a mission. She giggles and laughs, and acts like you would expect a girl much younger then her to act, even when violently slaughtering others. It is assumed she sees being a mercenary as a game, and as such doesn't take most cases regardless of pay out, unless she thinks they'll be fun. The quickest way to get on her bad side would be to insult her skill as a mercenary or look down upon her.

 

Weapon of Choice: Sol Invictus (the bow), Astrum Infinitus (the hammer), Luna Eternus (the spear).

 

Sol Invictus - 293 pounds. 6 and a half feet from the first link in the chain to the last. The girl is five foot three by the way. However, since she holds it by the mid portion, it's maximum attack range is about 3 and a quarter feet, typically only reserved for short range combat, or super long range combat should she need to use it as a bow, with Astrum and Luna filling in as arrows. Sharpened on both edges, it's a powerful bladed tool capable of carving enemies quickly and efficiently.

 

Astrum Infinitus - 387 pounds. 6 feet long from the start of the handle to the tip of the point. Typically reserved for clearing crowds and breaking the hardest of the hard. On an unrelated note, Bianca weighs 118 pounds, with full armor. 101 without.

 

Luna Eternus - 288 pounds. The least heaviest, but still rather heavy weapon in her arsenal. A 10 foot long polearm designed primarily for stabbing. Typically used only when you absolutely must kill everything in the room.

 

Since... magic is allowed, assume the fifteen year old has somehow magical strength that keeps her able to expertly weild stuff that should weigh more then her (and only the 3 weapons. She can't pick up other things with any kind of super strength), that she can summon and disappear the three weapons at will, and that the chain on Sol Invictus can somehow reproduce the elasticity of a regular bow only when she wants, using Luna Eternus and Astrum Infinitus as arrows.

 

Fighting style: Merciless

That being said, perhaps you could provide more information, or more incentive to join? What are the five nations like? What's the difference between a Varian and a Mercian?

 

Also, how many people do you suppose you'd want before this thing started?

When he tried to kill the murder, Justin, just brushed him off and ignored him. Justin felt sorry for the kid, he did not know the parents had a kid. Brad tried to kill Justin every day, and every day he failed and Justin brushed him off. He taught Brad how to work a gun, though he would disarm him everytime he tried to kill him. Brad's goal was still to kill Justin, but that goal disappeared when Justin died of diesease when he was 8.

 

Brad took off on his own, when Justin died ,starting to search for his reason to live. He resorted to theft and stole items to keep himself alive. He then stole a customized rirfle from a wealthy bussinessmen, which he then modfied himself. When he became 14 he began working for an assanation corps in the military. He was very impressive and the supervisors were impress with his skill and the rifle he modfied. He was too young though to go on the battlefield though, so they did not allow him to see combat. frustrated he could not do anything he began searching for something he could do. He visited the Special Division, who were testing a sublimentary armor. he voluteered to try it out, and they couldn't turn him down. He was fitted for the armor and went into it. They attached his nerves to it. The armor was to serve has human skin, to protect the human from harm and enlarge on human growth. The armor wass mostly a success, except for the part that it attached itself to his nerves. He ran from the faciltiy.

 

He became a mercenary at the age of 16 with his custom rifle and armor he was fear as the the Ultimate assassin. He became very well known throughout the area and his fame grew. Since he stole most of his items though, he is hunted by the military to retrieve the stolen objects. Though they never succed. At age 18 he was a pro and hired by Merc to fight their enemies and in exchange they would keep the military of his back.

 

Personality: Dark and Silent. He rarely speaks

Gagrua Sniper- his customized rifle. It has heat signature tracking and special armor piercing bullets. It has enhance stablilty and control.

Hazeo Armor- His specialized armor that increases his physical human abliltes. It doubles his natural spped and provides armor rengeration. The armor heals at a slow rate and can take days to fully heal itself. His vision is double that of normal human and has a built in microphone for squad communications.

 

Fighting style: 1. Assassin

It's not in the future and I'm not gonna make it that was just so you'll join. It's a past RP. Medieval combat.

That's why I added the whole concept of "City Guards" instead of police or whatever.

History: Koda was born on the third of May in a hospitol in Merc. His father was an Assassin who met his wife during when she was his target. He could kill her and eventualy married her. They were both assassinated the contractor who hired another assassin to kill Kodas father for his faluer and Kodas mother for not marrying him. Koda was 7 at the time. The man didnt notice a 7 year old Koda hiding in his closet. After that he grabbed his fathers old Bow and Staff and made a few improvmets (Koda is also a weopon manufacture) he began his contracts at 14, his first target being a wealthy business man who was married. He threw him in the family pool after poisening him with poisen from the tip. Koda wonderes what the mman though he saw when he was underwater. From each target he keeps a "momento" he kept a gold pen from his first one. Since then he gained infamy and began getting more and more contracts but he refuses to murder anyone with a child. due to his memories.

 

Personality: Koda is a very calm mercinary. He's had 23 contracts so far and each of them were succesfull. He prides himself on hios success and offers a money back garenty if the target was not killed and protectio if thhe target figures out the contractor. Koda has no emotional ties, his parents were murdered by an assassin and has no close friends or familyt members. He is usualy calm in a dangorous situation but has almost no social skills thus he has no friends.

 

Weapon of Choice:

Kurin (Bow)

Arrow Types -

1. Regular

2. Poisin Tip (Koda carries poisin with him)

3. Rope (a rope at the end used as a grapling hook/zip line)

 

Karin (staff about 4 feet tall, bandaged at the center as a grip)

Can have a pin extend at either side, the pin is tiped with non-lethal poisen, it makes you dizzy and makes you move more heavy and akward.

 

Fighting style (Choose 1): Spy Koda is well prepared for every mission.

2. LED Light (the red dot) for accuracy

3. Extended Magazines for crowd controll

4. FMJ for armored enamies
