Mercenaries- contract killers. Heroes to some, villains to others. They willingly spill the blood of those they don't know for a living.

Mercenaries are in all corners of the world. Whether it be Varria, Krysenna, Peinia, Merc, or Agon, there are mercenaries willing to kill... that is, for the right price.

You are a mercenary. No group to fight alongside, definitive contractor. Though it seems... any contractor that hires you has been killed by guards before you had a chance to get your pay.

During your struggle to make a living, all countries are at war. Not often is it people are killed during raids. Your struggle is not only to make a pay... but to stay alive trying. You yourself are at was with these countries. Though, who ever expected the life of a mercenary to be easy?

Any of the following countries can be the home of your mercenaries:

Varria

Krysenna

Peinia

Merc

Agon

((Uh, I intended for the person at the other end of the door to be a target to kill, like a high class merchant or something. I would just change yours to some other character, as you can control any NPC you want.))

Aeros stood silently as the door crept open.

There stood a man, middle aged, well-built, and rich.

"My name is Aeros Treece. I hear you're pretty well known around this area, if I'm not mistaking you for someone else."

"Uh... no, you're not. Come in, come in. I'd be happy to show you some of my wares."

The two men entered the house.

"Please," the merchant said, "Close the door behind you."

Aeros did as he was told.

"Now, what would you like to buy?" the merchant said before realizing what had happened.

Aeros stood, blade raised. The tip pointed directly at the mans forehead.

"This is too easy," Aeros said, grinning from ear to ear.

Bianca sat about in her room at the local inn, probably not too far away from the merchant. Bored and teasing her hair with a comb made out of the bones of a fish (it was clean) she was annoyed when the spine of the fish in her hands suddenly snapped.

"D-Darn it!" she protested, though all the cursing in the world wouldn't help her get a new comb.

She sighed, knowing she'd have to make a quick trip downtown to the nearby merchant. A brisk walk and she was already there, still holding the fish bones in her hand.

She knocked upon the merchant's door in a rhythmic pattern. "Hell-ooo!" she exclaimed, holding onto the "O" bit for a moment, the pitch of her voice going up as she did. "Is anybody in there?"

Apparently, the merchant didn't hear the knocking upon his door the first time, perhaps caught in an epic battle of epic epicness with a mercenary, So she began to bang on the wooden frame louder. "HELL-OOO!!" she exclaimed, loudly in an attempt to get the merchant to open the door..

Summoning a large, heavy hammer to her side, she assured herself she'd give the merchant one last chance to open the door before she broke it down. Resting it upon the side of the wall, she drew in a deep breathe.

"HEY! OPEN THE DOOR!" she called out, banging at the storefront with her free hand. If he didn't answer next, she'd break it down.

"What-" the merchant said as he turned his attention to the door.

In that time, Aeros cut him across the face.

"WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM, KID?!?!" the merchant yelled , covering his nose with his hands, "YOU COULD'A KILLED ME YOU LITTLE BRAT!"

"That's the point," Aeros said, raising his blade once more, "That's my job."

Aeros smirked as he drove the blade through the merchants stomach.

"Oh, that's simply not gruesome enough to do," Aeros said with an evil smile upon his face.

He drove his blade into the merchant five more times.

"Too bad. Looks like you had a customer," he said walking away.

Aeros exited through the window, concealing his blade, wiping the blood from his face, and continuing to collect his pay.

"Alright! That's it!" young Bianca held her mighty hammer and swung it violently towards the door, smashing it. Had she merely turned the door knob, she'd have noticed the door wasn't locked.

However, the sight and sound of a young 15 year old swinging a 400-ish pound hammer was rather peculiar, and did manage to draw the attention of quite a few people. Bianca slowly walked in, surveying the scene it looked like quite a scuffle had ensued.

Dirty shoe prints, items all in disarray, and as she surveyed the scene, she felt a weight at her feet. A dead body.

"Ahh man!" She exclaimed. "I bet I'll get blamed for this!"

And sure enough, a palace soldier stood at the doorway.

"FREEZE! HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM!"

"Eep!" she exclaimed, open palms pointed upwards. "Hi mister." She smiled.

"NO TALKING!"

"You think a little 15 year old like me did this?"

The soldier's hands seemed unsteady, as he thought her words over. He looked at her as she flashed her cutest possible. She knew men were easy to play with.

"I... You're free to go." Bianca curtsied politely, leaving the gaurd to figure out what had happened, though Bianca was already pretty sure she had a good idea.

A common crook wouldn't leave all his murder victims money, jewels, and wares behind, unless he had money from another source. Namely, a mercenary.

Aeros calmly walked toward his contractor, ready to get a nice, large pay.

He approached the contractors home when he heard yelling.

"I'm going to ask you one more time!" a large voice echoed, "Are you a mercenary contractor?!?!"

Aeros sighed and swore under his breath.

"Let's get this over with," he said, drawing his sword and kicking the door down.

In there he saw it...

4 soldiers and his contractor. Or rather, his deceased contractor.

"I see..." Aeros said, clutching his blade, "I guess I won't be able to get away without a fight. If this is what it must come to... let's fight!"

Bianca probably went somewhere else, bought a new comb, then headed back to the room she rented at the inn. She smiled and nodded in greeting at the woman in charge and headed upstairs to her small, yet private room. Sitting up on her bed, she twirled the comb about 3 times on her hands before getting to work on her hair.

Ninety nine. One hundred. And at last she had finished brushing. Having not much else to do 'cause it seems the only other person in this topic refuses to RP with her and seems to prefer to go about and act like he's super cool with NPCs or w/e, Bianca closed her eyes and coolly fell asleep until something interesting happened in the RP.

((Edit it. Now.))

Aeros looked up at the guards. The one decided to take the first move. He lunged at Aeros. Aeros quickly countered and felled the guard within seconds.

"Damned fool!" shouted another, "You'll be sent to jail for that if we don't kill you first!"

He looked towards them and said, "I won't be doing either. That is, if you wanna live."

The guard that seemed to be in command raised his and and signaled for the other 4 to attack Aeros.

I... I can't take them all alone! he thought, "Help!!!"
