Zextra
Hello, everyone! Here is another card I made. Please rate and comment :D Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 7 WATER monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, you can send up to 2 WATER monsters from your Deck to your Graveyard. For each card sent to the Graveyard this way, this card gains 1 additional attack. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 Tsunami Storm Counter on it (max.3). You can remove 1 Tsunami Storm Counter on this card to treat the field as "Umi". If this card is destroyed when it has 3 Tsunami Storm Counters on it, destroy all cards on the field except WATER monsters. When this card is destroyed, you take damage equal to half its original ATK.
Queen-Dragoon
The extra attacks make this very, VERY overpowered. The Tsunami Counters are an interesting idea but allowing it to be A Legendary Ocean as well as Umi is quite an advantage as well. Other than that I really like this card. Used with the Daedalus dragons it could be quite a force. 7.8/10 Make it less OP'ed and it's easily a 9 from me.
TheMan
Yeah it's OPd because of that +attack. Maybe you should remove that effect and leave everything else. It should be fine then. 9-/
Zextra
Thanks for your comments.@both of you, how could I tone it down? I would prefer the extra attacks to be there, as it's a Hydra, which has multiple heads (It needs 9 WATER monsters to remove in order to get the effect)...I thought I added a drawback, but it seems 2000 LP is not enough (though it's not immune to Mirror Force). Anyways, do you have any suggestions of how to tone down the card without removing the extra attacks?
TheMan
Maybe lower its ATK?
Queen-Dragoon
Discard one card for each additional attack? Or Pay X life points? And make it so the Tsunami Counters only work as Umi. If you don't want a cost to attack then lower it's attack to 2500?
Zextra
oh...right, of course :DThanks, is that better?
TheMan
It's ok now :D, IMO it's balanced now, I sure would use it in my Deck. Sea-Serpents are rare, so it's another + for this card :)

Queen-Dragoon
Much more balanced. I still reckon this may be limited with it's attacking abilities if it were a real card. 9/10 now :D.
