The Kerikoi Clan[Started/Still Accepting][Advanced Clause][Action/Romance][PG-16]

Kakeru just got up to the Dango stand and got some nice colored ones on skewers. "Mhm! These are delicious." he said taking slow and savoring bites into each Dango. The second he finished his dango, he sensed something wrong, and his wolf ears picked up a scream. It was Susano'os! Kakeru sprinted towards Susano'os house and barged in with his Shadow Katana out, "Step away from my Lord!" He said on instinct, he then realized Susano'o was all alone, Kakeru put his sword back and ran towards Susano'o, "Are you okay my lord? You seem shaken."

[The D.M.]

Susano'o stood up. "Yes...i-im fine Kakeru.." He said catching his breath. "I erm...i stubbed my toe." He said making his first ever attempt at falsehood and not a very good one at that. His room had very little furniture and a hardened warrior being clumsy enough to stub his toe seemed unlikely and he realized Kakeru probably saw right through the lie. "Sorry...i was...caught up in a bad memory." He said shaking his head to the side and sighing deeply.

Kakeru knew Susano'o was lying with the stubbed toe thing, then he said bad memories, Kakeru could easily compare, "Look My lord, I.. I understand. That year I was gone..." Kakeru was keeping it bottled up inside for so long. "A lot of things happen I regret myself." Kakeru rubbed his paw against his fur, "I-I used to be human..." Kakeru turned around and calmed himself. "Just let me know if you ever want to talk okay? It helps to talk... you know?" Kakeru just didn't need to think about that now, he needed to be there for the clan.

Susano'o turned to Kakeru with his eyes shut. He held Tsubaki's picture in his hand and took a deep breath. "Kakeru...there are...things that cannot be explained by normal logic...things that defy even the wildest realities you can conceive. Kakeru...i was born and raised my whole life by the Kerikoi clan...this is true" He looked down at the picture he held. "And while it is true i have never seen this woman." He turned his vision to meet Kakeru and look him dead in the eyes. "Would you belive me...if i told you that i am from another reality entirely. My history in this reality only exists...to fill in the gaps..." He hadnt told this to anyone before. He imagined people would think he was insane. "That's all i can say for now."

Kakeru was shocked at what Susano'o said but he knew Susano'o wasn't lying, he just knew. After a minute of silence Kakeru finally said something, "Well, look at this, both the highest regarded person in the clan and his guard are carrying life burdening secrets. Isn't that odd." Kakeru tried to make the best of the situation but truly didn't know what to do, both of them where keeping terrible secrets from their own clan that they serve day by day.

Soul smiled not knowing where he should take her.He suddnenly had an idea and said "I Hope your good at climbing Reina."He walked her for a couple of miles until he stopped infront of a gigantic mountain.He saw a [ath on the left and walked toward it."C'mon."He smiled again and walked up the path.When they got to the top he said "Well...how ya like it up here?".From the top of that mountain you could see everything.

Zain woke up. Crap! I fell asleep...oh well. He got up and changed into his best clothes, which were just newer versions of what he had on before. Well, I guess I'll go enjoy the festival... Zain walked out of his house and towards the villages center where the main part of the festival was being held. Well, I wonder what this year's play is going to be about. I can't wait to see Lord Susano'o in it, as well as any other sucker that got picked to play a part...He walked around aimlessly, just enjoying the sounds of the festival.

Reina followed Soul the whole way up and stopped when he did. She looked at the veiw then at him. "Its beautiful. " She looked back at the veiw. She loved it. It was so breath taking. She smiled. Reina's mind was clear. She couldn't think of anything else but what she saw right now. She loved it all so much. "How did you find this place? I can't believe such a beautiful place exisits here. " She kept smiling.

Soul smiled and looked across while talking to her "I like to wander and explore places..."He looked at her questioning himself about how he had liked her as soon as he met her.He looked away then back at her "So...what was your favorite part of yesterday?"He smiled wider hoping she liked it up here."I know mine was meeting you."He looked away wondering why he hadn't had any jobs for a while.He then cleared his mind and focused on what was happening right then.

Susano'o looked down in shame. "The clan trusts me now...they look to me as the leader...even if i had the oppritunity to leave. To go to Tsubaki once again...I don't think i could leave this place...i have too many souls here relying on me." He said solemnly. He took a breath and looked to Kakeru. "Well i suppose we should start on preparations for the festival." He said as he began to walk out. "And Kakeru...if you ever feel the need to speak...i am here as well."

Reina blushed brightly. She liked meeting him and all that they did. SHe loved it all. She stared at him and then looked away. "I...I liked meeting you to and all that we did..." She stared at the ground tryiing to hide her blush. He must think I'm strange or something. Maybe I should just leave and go do all my missions. I should tell the leader that I can read minds so then I should be of use to them more than I am now.

Kakeru nodded, "Thank you, Lord Susano'o." Kakeru then walked out after Susano'o and looked at the bright village all awake and active. "It's a beautiful day. Perfect for the occasion-" Kakeru then coughed and a tiny ammount of blood landed on his hand(paw). Kakeru wiped it off and moved on, his head slightly lowered. "Has it really been this long already? Is my time closer than I thought it was. I could've sworn I had longer..." Kakeru then walked around seeing many people buying trinkets and children running around with Dragon Kites and wooden sticks, they liked to play samurai, some where playing games of Ninja. It was a game Kakeru thought of when he was young. One person would be it per 5 people playing. If ten people where playing then two people would be "it" or the Ninja assassin. Everyone else would be normal Ninja. The people who where it had to have five more fake shuriken than the number of people playing. If you got hit by a Shuriken you where out. If everyone was "dead" in a set time limit besides the assassin(s), the Assassins would win. If there were one or two alive, they would win instead of the assassins. It was a fun game and it helped teach accuracy. Kakeru played it a lot as a kid and always won.

Soul smiled "You seem to blush alot Reina...why is that?"He looked down to the bottom of the mountain and smiled.But when he heard he say she liked what they did together he was shocked."You...liked what we....did?"He stopped smiling and his face changed from happy to confused.She liked what I did with her?I thought she didn't want that.Oh well...at least she enjoyed it.He looked at her again windering what to sayI hope sh isn't cold.But just to make sure.He took his jacket of and softly placed it on her."Don't get to cold beutiful."He smiled at her rubbing the back of hs head.

Reina looked at him and smiled. She stepped closer to him and kissed him. When she pulled away she didn't have the butterflies in her stomach anymore. She knew she loved him. Reina stared into his eyes. She was warm from his jacket and then wondered if he was cold now. "Are you cold?" She didn't want him cold cause he gave her his jacket to use. Reina loved his eyes. She didn't know why but she loved them. She started to think of why?

Soul was suprised she kissed him.He had always kissed her.He had just met her yesterday and already loved her."No...I'm not."He kissed her back and pulled away.He Loved tthe last two days and hoped nothing was going to happen to make them worse.Nothing could make this day bad.H looked away and back at her."Reina...I know we had just met yesterday...But..."He had never beem this nervous in his life.He didn't know if he was talking right oor not."I-I Love you..."

Dimitri was walking around, he had nothing really to do, Then suddenly he saw two people that seemed to be a couple, Beause they where kissing, He was not gona interupt them, He knew better than to interupt a couple in the middle of spending time together, His parents hated when he did it to them, Why should any other couple be different. He simply kept on walking, If they wanted him to stop and talk they would have to say something to him, He was wearing a jacket that had the insignia of the Kerikoi clan, He had been with them for a while now, But he was still nothing special, He enjoyed his powers, But has not really had a chance to use them in combat yet, He was ancious to do so, If the couple did not stop him, He would end up walking to a nearby stream, sittin down by it as he listened to the rush of the water, and watched the fish swim back in forth in the slow moving current of the small stream, He enjoyed nature, It was where he belonged.

Tentei walked out of the small restaurant looking around to see who all was around

Tentei saw Soul and that girl he was with earlier, and then he noticed Kakeru and Lord Susano'o down the street

Tentei rushed over to them and stopped near Lord Susano'o

"I wanted to say thank you earlier, but I was told you were to be left alone, so I came to say thank you for the sword Lord Susano'o."

Tentei said again tapping the hilt of his blade

Tenma agreed he knew it would take some getting used to, but Tenma felt like his sanity was accually returning now that he and Tentei were not in constant struggle to control the body they both shared, Tenma almost felt happy and he desided he would show it

Tentei began to speak again, but the tone changed, Lord Susano'o and Kakeru could tell that it was Tenma talking at this point

"Yes I would like to thank you Lord Susano'o.

Tenma smiled looking to both of them as he returned control Tentei

Ooc: Sry got caught up in other rps. It's the festival time thing right? I was reading all the other post so I assume thats what you guys are doing now. And David, I really don't know what Im supposed to be doing with Sano. My character in the Chano clan. No one has joined that clan, and he wasn't given any missions by the Chano master clan guy....

 

Mitsuya walked down the street hands behind her back and wearing her normal clothes. Which consisted of a taekwondo dobak, and her black belt. Her hair was pulled up into a ponytail, as she wondered why the activity of the clan was so high. Well, more than usual. After asking a woman that was caring bags of Kimonos, she realized that today was the fastival. Mitsuya facepalmed wondering how she could forget something so important. "Man, and I don't have anything to wear either. This is such a drag. I must be the only female in the wold who doesn't own a single kimono, but those things are so stupid. You can't do any fighting in them." She pouted a bit before breaking into a whide smile. "I can just get a kimono top, and then wear some nice pants!"

Susano'o smiled at Tenma and Tentei. "You both are welcome. And really it's just my duty as a Clan Leader to ensure you all are at your top potential." He said. "Well...i would assume it's just about time to kick the festivities off isnt it?" Susano'o sighed. "I just hope we don't have any problems prying Soul away from Reina long enough to do the play." Susano'o said chuckling to himself. "Kakeru could you run a final check on the outer wall...i want to keep security as high as possible during the festival."

Kakeru nodded, "Of course my lord." Kakeru turned around and marched off. "I wonder, what does Lord Susano'o mean by, from another world? Another Reality? Is he a God?" Kakeru stopped in his place as he thought this, "No, he is not a God, I've seen them. He was not amongst them nor mentioned." Kakeru then found himself at the outer wall. He lost track of time in thought. He climbed the staircase and reached a guard tower. "Any changes men?" They turned to him and reported, "No changes sir, the foreground is as calm as the sun id bright." Kakeru nodded, "Thank you soldiers, I'll be on my way after checking one thing." Kakeru was walking on the top of the wall inspecting the area. All he really did see where clouds, trees, and a bunch of wild animals. "Eventually I have to come clean with the clan... Just, when will that time be. I'm shocked already that so few people questioned my new wolfman form. But someone's going to want to go to deep. As they predicted..." After running a final check and settling with his thoughts, Kakeru returned to Susano'o and reported "Everything is normal, no changes."

The Clan leader nodded in approval. "Then...once everyone is ready we can begin the ceremonies." Susano'o left to prepare. He couldnt shake a feeling of uneasiness however. Every time he had this sense of paranoia of an attack it came true. He just hoped that for once his intuition was wrong. With the memories of Tsubaki stinging freshly in his mind he couldnt feel his Chi that well and that meant he couldnt fight at full power in the event of an attack.

Tentei and Tenma both smiled

Tentei looked down at the hilt of his sword

"Tenma's staight of mind had changed since the sword was forgedwas he really becoming sane"

Tentei pondered the thought, he couldn't be sure, but he knew that Tenma was different now

Tenma was thinking the same thing about himself, he had no idea what sanity was till now

his thinking had changed he still had the urge to become stronger, but it was different, he no longer wanted to use the power to further his cause, but to further the cause of the clan

Tentei nodded as Lord Susano'o suggested they begin the festivities

Tentei then turned away and began to walk off, he and Tenma needed to find a good spot to watch the play

After Mitsuya brought a new outfit that was proper for the occasion she returned to the cluster of Kerikoi clan members. Her top was a red chinese style, kimono top that had the kanji for 'Dragon' on the back. On the front was a black dragon designe on the right side. Within the stitching of the kimono was small kanji that said different things. Some said 'Dcipline', and others 'Deteermination' and many more. Her pants were also red, and looked to have the feel of silk, but it actually wasn't, and they were very sturdy. Mitsuya was happy with her choice seeing as she could still fight in them if she needed too. Now that, that was done she looked around for a good spot.

 

For what?

 

Well she had heard that the clan leader was putting on a performance for them, and she was dying to see it. She just hoped she was close to the front, otherwise her short stature would get the best of her.

Kakeru got tot he center of the festival area, where the stage was, and yelled out, "ALL CLAN MEMBERS IN THE SKIT! PLEASE REPORT TO THE CLOSED STAGE!" And Kakeru got up on the stage and went behind the curtains. The stage was in the center of the festivities and three walls surrounded it, that way with the curtains down no one would see what was happening. The stage was fairly big, but the back was bigger, after all it held props, pulleys and trap door controls which would be used in the beginning and end of the skit. The trap door was operated by two ropes that stuck out of the floor backstage. The two ropes would be pulled and the floor would go up, when let go of the floor would go down. The Demon will wait in the floor until his time comes. until a small table covered with a cloth would block the door.
