I didn't know what to make when I made this, so I just went ahead and did something. Hopefully it doesn't suck.

I like it. it's different, interesting, and I love the pic. as for the effect, OCG corrections: "...you can send 1 card from your hand to the bottom of your deck to destroy 1...inflict 300 damage to your opponent's life points." done with correction. as for the effect, it's effect is extremely splashable. my suggestion to you is like make the cost more conditional like "you can send 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your hand to the bottom of your deck." idk something around that line.

 

overall I give this card a mmmm...9.9/10

Why do people ignore most of my cards?

Cause people are more worried about their own cards? I personally gave up even trying to make cards for the moment.

Alright, made OCG fixes. I always put "one" instead of "1," just like I always put "sacrifice" instead of "tribute." Still, thanks.

That's not proper grammar, though. You don't place something to something, you place something somewhere (Ergo, you use "At").
