A couple of notes:

First of all, Kurobara no Etude's effect, since it's pretty big:

When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, place 1 Petal Counter on top of your opponent's Deck. As long as 1 or more Petal Counters remain on top of your opponent's Deck, your opponent skips their Draw Phase. Pay 1500 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, remove all Petal Counters from the top of your opponent's Deck. When this card is removed from the field, remove all Petal Counters from the top of your opponent's Deck.

Second, these cards are powerful, but not broken, I think:

- Regarding Morobi-Ne, 5 turns is enough to wipe you out since the opponent can attack directly, and besides, with all the S/T removal going around right now, it'll be hard for the second effect to trigger.

-Regarding Dreambound Cyber, it's pretty powerful, but comparing it to your everyday Monarch: this guy has to be alive for 2 turns before it reaches 2400. All you have to do with a Monarch is Tribute something, and if you consider 1 turn to Normal Summon the monster to tribute, and a second turn to Tribute Summon the Monarch, it's the same two turns Cyber needs for its ATK boost. Regarding its second effect, it's a Vampire Lord-like effect with a heavy 2000 point cost, and I'll take a Monarch/Jinzo effect over this anyday. So yeah, it's strong, but not excessively godly, the way I see it.

-Regarding Kurobara no Etude: a wannabe Yata Garasu... powerful but costly to maintain, arguably the strongest of the 3 cards, but hey, that's what a Limited list is for. ;)

You're absolutely right, thanks for the heads-up, I'll fix it right now. I used a card from another Set I did recently that also involved counters and forgot to edit that bit when writing this one. Really, thanks a lot! :)
