This card can only be Special Summoned by sacrificing one Machine-type monster and one "Armed Dragon LV 8" on your side of the field. Once per tun, you can discard one Machine-type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the combined level of the two monsters x100.
