Here's the deal. I want you to take ANY card on the March 2010 ban list and make it balanced as to where it would be unbanned.

 

There is an entry fee of 10 Points.

 

Now prizes are:

1st Place: 300 points +rep

2nd Place: 100 points +rep

3rd Place: +Rep

Honorable Mention: 50 points

 

This contest will end 10 days from now (8/21/2010). Subject to change.

Here is mine, points being sent.

[spoiler=Card Effect]You can only activate this effect during the turn this card is Normal Summoned. Discard 1 card from your hand and declare 1 type of monster. Destroy all monsters of the selected type on the field. This card is destroyed during the End Phase of the turn its effect is activated.

I can post the lore if you need it, but I can read off the card just fine (:

Original Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play. Once during each of your turns, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:

● Remove 1 monster on the field from play. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.

● If this card destroyed your opponent's monster as a result of battle, it can attack once again in a row.

 

Red = Things changed.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 DARK monsters and 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field and inflict 200 damage to each player for each card destroyed.

Wardek the Scary Vampire:

 

OCG: 9.5/10 Only one error in all.

Balance: 9/10 Very good. Very good.

Pic: 8/10 Hi-def. I like.

Bonus Points: +2 for the amazing template.

Total: 28.5/30

 

TERMAS84/king of dyspraxia:

 

OCG: 9/10

Balance: 6/10 Now it's somewhat less useable than Molten Zombie.

Pic: 6/10 Kind of blurry

Bonus: N/A

Total: 21/30

 

Sotos:

 

OCG: 8.5/10 mistakes here and there

Balance: 8/10

Pic: 7/10 Average

Bonus: +1 I loved using TIV when I had no idea about the banned list.

Total: 24.5/30

 

LiAM:

 

OCG: 9.5/10 Almost flawless, just a single case of old OCG

Balance: 8/10

Pic: 8/10: Again with the hi-def.

Bonus: +2 for custom template.

Total: 28.5/10

OCG: 10/10 Flawless, as far as I can tell.

Balance: 5/10 You hardly changed anything.

Pic: 7/10 Average

Bonus: N/A

Total: 22/30
