i vote chedbonlahor, nothing against cocodomoco, but chedbonlahor is less complicated in my opinion.

Though the picture of Cocodomoco's card looks really great, the effect is boring as all hell and does not make up for this low stats on a Level 8 monster. The effect of Chedbonlahor's card is way more creative and fits the picture.

 

Creativity > anything else. Ched gets my vote.

Ched GMV because his monster is more original and no offense coco but I think your monster's effect could use some work.
