Both pictures are very well chosen, but Zextra's effect is little bit more interesting and versatile. OCG and additional artisitc thingys don't influent my vote. Overall, both cards are really great, but I had to decide... and you wanted votes after all ;)

Cosmic Gem Hybrid Dragon, is certainly unique but slightly over powered and i quite like the picture.

 

Celestial Envoy of the Light, that is quite well balanced yet it's effect doesn't really suite a dragon.

Attention all personnel: I have just discovered that Spikeball and Zextra are doing their 2nd 1on1. I am led to believe that they are doing this because they lost all of their reps from the switch. Same rewards. I will vote in a munite, after I have thuroughly seen the cards.

FINAL NOTES: 8/10. VERY HIGH. The effects are quite balanced. I love the picture and the added effects. I only found that this card wasn't all that original. It' like making a sandwich of the Elemental Dragons and the Crystal Beasts.

I'll vote for Spikeball. Well, Zextra's card is really good and original, but i think Spikeball's card is more useful. In both cards, OCG is great...Also the names are also very creative in both cards...but Spikeball's card is better.
