Description: When this card is on the field. You can resurrect a monster from your graveyard to the field in ATK postion. The Monster can automatically attack with half of it's original ATK points. When this card is destoryed the monster equipped with this card is also destoryed, but increases your Life Points by 200.

Not to sound like a jerk or anything, but you might want to reword the spell's effect.

 

"Special summon 1 monster from your graveyard in face-up attack position and equip it with this card. When a monster equipped with this card declares an attack, halve it's ATK. When the equipped monster is destroyed, destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, remove the monster from play. When this card is removed from the field, increase your LP by 500."

OCG correction (DemonSpawn's correction had a few errors):

Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard in Attack Position and equip it with this card. When the equipped monster attacks, halve it's original ATK. When this card is destroyed, destroy the equipped monster. When the equipped monster is destroyed, destroy this card. When this card is removed from the field, increase your Life Points by 200.

 

Rating: Slightly OP'd from my point of view, does have a drawback, but I'd remove the last sentence. 7.5/10 since you're a new member.
