Has a simple mill effect, which can benefit or screw your opponent, depending what gets milled to the Grave. Has simple recycling of Tuners back into the Deck once per turn. :ABC: Posted August 11, 2010 Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 i wouldn't really use it, might help out in a mill opponent deck, i think the highest level tuner is level 5(not sure) so, not really sure about this card, ive played useing a lot of decks, but never a opponent mill deck, so it looks good, 8/10, why'd you use a dual masters image(did you get it from jazin?)
