Effect/Lore-You can only activate this card if all monsters you control have the same Attribute Pay 1500 Life Points select one level 4 or lower non-tuner monster on your side of the field and Special Summon as many copys of the selected monster from your hand and Deck as possible. You can only activate one "Inferno Obiturary" per turn.

Hmm, seems little bit OP, you can Summon a pretty decent army of strong monsters with this card. Maybe, you could put sth like those Special Summoned monsters are destroyed at the End Phase, or Effect negated...And that thing "If all monsters you control have the same Attribute", IMO it should be "if you have 2 or more monsters with the same Attribute"....But, card like this is very powerful.

Well if you think about most decks any more that are synch based decks they run a bunch of different attribute monsters example Plagespreader, Junk Sychron, Mistvalley Soilder,ect. But in a all single attribute deck such as a Dark deck this card is a ticket to an easy victory. But you still have a point.
