Maybe, you could put sth like those Special Summoned monsters are destroyed at the End Phase, or Effect negated...And that thing "If all monsters you control have the same Attribute", IMO it should be "if you have 2 or more monsters with the same Attribute"....But, card like this is very powerful. Well if you think about most decks any more that are synch based decks they run a bunch of different attribute monsters example Plagespreader, Junk Sychron, Mistvalley Soilder,ect.
