Title says it all. Lately I have been having server loading problems where it is slower than usually or runs out of load time. I have been having this problem only in the mid mornings and late afternoons. Maybe its because people have slower connection and are adding to the server load. Could you please tell me that its because of the server load and not my hardrive.
