During your Main Phase opponent's Battle Phase, if this card is in face-up Defense Position, your opponent cannot select another monster as an attack target.

 

The last effect should activate during your opponent's turn, because if it's launched during your Main Phase it really doesn't make much sense - until when he cannot attack your other monsters??? You see. So it's better imo if you make it during the opponent's Battle Phase. That way it seems much clearer.

The card is really goo, although I never thought I'll see a Fusion between these two :D But it's great! Nice job! 9.3/10 ^_^

As a GX fan(specially hero monsters) I'd say it you did an awesome job! Althrought the fusion is kinda surprising, it is a great idea and the card suits it perfectly. Also I agree with NeosWiseman on OCG fixes. If I rate this card 9.8/10 does this satisfy you?
