just need some help with effect

this card cannot be nomal summoned or set this card cannot be speacial summoned exept by removing from play 1 '' Mystic Clown from your graveyard. increase the ATK fo this card by 100 points for each Fiend type monster in your graveyard. its atk is 2700 and def is 2000 and the name is Mystic Red Clown

 

so if u can plz help with it if not i might keep it like that

I'm guessing that it is a fiend and is level eight.
