Its effect is albeit simple, but that's because it's a Basic Pokemon, so it's understandable. The OCG looks fine and the pic is good. 10/10 I'd comment on some more of your cards, but seeing as how the first few posts seem to slow down my entire computer almost to the point that it might crash...
