This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's spell and trap cards. This card cannot be destroyed by monster effects. This card cannot attack. ___ SPELLS Ancient Chess Board (Continuous) This card cannot be removed from the field. When this card is activated, remove from play all of one attribute (LIGHT or DARK) of "Board" monsters from your hand, deck, field, or graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases add 1 respective counter to this card for each respective "Board" monster on your side of the field. You may only have a maximum of 8 "Pawn Counters," 2 "Knight Counters," 2 "Bishop Counters," 2 "Rook Counters," 1 "Queen Counter" and 1 "King Counter" on this card. When you have the maximum of all counters on this card, you win the duel.___ Pawn Promotion (Normal) Send 1 "White Pawn" or 1 "Black Pawn" from the field to the graveyard and special summon any 1 "Board" monster from your hand or graveyard.___ Don't Let Go! (Quickplay) Add 1 "Board" monster from the field to your hand. Special Summon 1 "Board" monster from your hand. This Special Summon is treated as a Normal Summon.___ En Passant (Normal) You may only activate this card if you have 3 of the same attribute of "Pawn" monsters in your removed from play zone and 3 of the same attribute of "Pawn" monsters face-up on your side of the field. Special summon the 3 "Pawn" monsters in your removed from play zone to your opponent's side of the field in face-up defense position. They cannot be tributed for any reason. They cannot change their position.___ Last Move (Normal) You can only activate this card if "Ancient Chess Board" is on the field with the maximum number of counters except for a "King Counter." Add 1 "White King" or 1 "Black King" from your deck to your hand.___ Diamond Set (Continuous) Increase the DEF of all defense position "Board" monsters on your side of the field by 1000. When an opponent declares an attack on a face-up, attack position "Board" monster controlled by you, you can discard 1 card from your hand to switch your monster into defense position.___ TRAPS Castling (Normal) Activate when your opponent declares an attack on your face-up "White King" or "Black King." Remove from play 2 "Rook" monsters in your graveyard and negate that 1 monster card's attack.___ Check (Normal) Special Summon 1 "Board" monster to your opponent's side of the field from your removed from play zone. This monster is treated as a normal monster. As long as this monster is face-up on your opponent's side of the field, only it may declare an attack during your opponent's Battle Phase.___ Weak Reinforcements (Normal) Activate only while there is only 1 "Pawn" monster on your side of the field. Special summon 2 "Pawn" monsters from your hand or deck.___ Crystal Set (Normal) Activate when your opponent declares an attack on a face-up "Board" monster on your side of the field. Increase that monster's ATK by 2000 until the end of that Battle Phase. Destroy that monster during the End Phase of that turn.___ Protective Opening (Continuous) Activate when your opponent declares an attack on a face-up "Board" monster. Negate the attack of that 1 monster card and inflict damage to your LP equal to half the monster's ATK.___ Rage Rematch (Normal) Activate when there are 15 or more cards (including this card) on the field. Destroy all cards on the field, except face-up "Board" monsters.___ Sicilian Defense (Continuous) As long as this card remains on the field, all "Board" monsters on your side of the field gain DEF equal to their ATK and are switched into defense position. Their battle positions cannot be changed. Pay 1000 LP during each of your Standby Phases or else this card is destroyed. When this card is destroyed, your opponent can select up to 2 cards affected by this card and destroy them. Link to comment
