I don't know if its officially legal for a captain or a shinigami of any level to do that. For me, it is against the rules to transfer your power in order to get stronger.

If he truly wants to reset there are some issues.

 

1) His post count->level will be way off, though I could handle it.

2) He would have to forfeit his Captain rank and start off from the bottom of the barrel.

 

Since he's resetting, he won't be learning anything. It'll be like starting from the academy.

Well, I was only thinking about reseting my Shikai to something that would fit better with my bankai app.

I have yet to form a complete application, and to come up with a name for it.

But since I dont want to lose my lvl and stuff like that, I´ve decided to keep my Shikai.

 

The rest would be the same as it´s now.

Please forgive me if this sound stupid but ,what is there to agree on?

 

The only thing I recall is if people should have the ability to reset Shikai/Bankai (Wich i´m fully aware ended on a, No!),

nothing more

 

I have not applied for a bankai previously and have passed lvl 50 so I´m able to apply for bankai according to the rules.
