My style is slightly different, and I taught him that way. He's using it.

I as a part of the Copyright protection team think that as long as you have originally made it and created it, started it, have the right to stop his shop but since both of you learned this from a tut given to the public he has the same right as you have, if you still have doubts contact Mare but really if it wasn't you who actually created the style then sorry there is nothing much you can do about it.

Here's how it is:

1. Pyrochild on the Paint.NET forums made a tut.

2. I played with it, tweaked it, and Nukyasu was curious as to how and what I did to it, so I told him my special style. The changes aren't huge, but they're enough to make a big difference in the aesthetics.

3. Nukyasu opens a shop selling my tweaked banners.

Ripoff artist.

He used my exact same specific tweaks to the tut that I had done in my sigs. He noticed they were "cooler" and asked me how to do it. Out of niceness (I am nice no longer' date=' thanks to Mare >=D) I told him how. He abused it.

I didn't double post. Someone deleted theirs.

YOU DIDNT TELL ME THE DAMN TUTORIAL. I FOUD IT ON THE PAINT.NET FORUM AND USED IT OFF THERE. THATS RIGHT, SO YOU SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO COPYRIGHT IT

Too bad so sad Dark_Thorne. Unless you own the program you cant say you own the style. If I go and make a sig using the exact same thing you did, you cant do anything. He cant modify your sig but he sure as heck can make his own,

This will NOT be locked. Unless I get an actually good reason.
