[spoiler=My Card]Spoiler=Your gonna need this LOL This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you destroy a level 4 or lower monster. As long as this card is face-up on the field all destroyed monsters are removed from play. Once per turn you can add one "Incineration" counter onto one of your opponent's monsters. If all of your opponent's monsters have "Incineration" counters on them you can tribute this card to remove all cards with "Incineration" counters on them from play.

i have to go with Smesh on this one, just because of the ability after his drawback kicks in, he's able to summon it back

I believe Smesh's is better. His card has better OCG, a better effect IMO and a more Yugioh like pic IMO. Smesh GMV.
