REQUIREMENTS:

a DARK Pyro Monster, has to be an effect monster (the effect has to have something to do with removing cards from your opponents hand)

Winner gets 30 points from loser

Loser gets 1 rep from winner (as a show of good sportsmanship)

 

CursdShiva's card

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 Pyro-Type monster in your Graveyard, from your hand, and your Deck and by it's own effect. You cannot control another card while this card is face-up on the field. When this card is Summoned, the effects of all face-up Effect Monsters are negated, except this cards. Once, you can remove from play the top card of your Deck to increase this card's ATK by 1400. If you do destroy this card during your End Phase. Once per turn, you can remove from the play the top card of your deck, without looking at the card. During you next Standby Phase look at the card and if the card is a Level 8 or lower Monster Card remove from play all Spell & Trap Cards in your opponents hand. If the removed from play card is a Level 9 or higher Monster Card remove from play your opponents entire hand. If the removed from play card is a Spell or Trap then remove this card from play. While this Monster Card is in your Graveyard, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.

Hmmm I vote for Kuro simply for the fact Jad, your effect is OP'ed and has bad OCG. His is balanced IMO and has great OCG also his effect is more elaborated and I can tell who spent more time on his/her card.

shiva GMV. Nothing against jad's card, but the effect is much more original and detailed (too detailed in my opinion), but in the end it came down to which had the best OCG and pic. Jad has the cooler pic, but that doesn't merit the points OCG does in my eyes.

I vote for Shiva. More creative effect, better picture... and to be honest, just by looking at the cards without actually reading them you can see which creator put more effort into the creation progress.
