Pokemon TCG question

Probably wrong section, but whatever.

 

On my last locals in Pokemon TCG, we had serious issue. I have Roserade from Unleashed set as active Pokemon. She has this Poke-Power:

 

When you attach a (Grass) Energy card or (Psychic) Energy card from your hand to Roserade during your turn, you may use this power. If you attach a (Grass) Energy card, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. If you attach a (Psychic) Energy card, the Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. This power can't be used if Roserade is affected by a Special Condition.

 

I attached Rainbow Energy to her. Can i use Energy Signal now? If yes, can i use bothe effects, or only one? Please help, it's urgent, i have locals next week and i don't want to misplay once again

While in play, Rainbow Energy provides every type of Energy but provides only 1 Energy at a time.

 

So you pick which effect to activate, but you cannot use both.
