SPA7X
Eh, I personally prefer themes without lyrics but it's alright. I actually like themes with lyrics. I mean, almost all anime themes are lyrical, even if sung in a different language. Without lyrics it seems a little plain.
Catterjune
I think it depends by what you mean by 'theme'. I mean, if you meant for us to imagine the RP as an anime or something, then I suppose it's fine to have lyrics. If you meant as in, playing in the background while characters speak and interact, I prefer no lyrics for that. ... So, when's someone else going to post? <_<
SPA7X
was going to ask the same question. i hope they haven't forgotten this and that its just writters block cause i could help people with that problem

Twisted: "Here is a thing that is very important! *shadow magic!*" Sins: "*Look at thing*" Hubris: "*Don't look at thing*" ... What more could possibly occur? <_< Edit: I mean, it's okay if you want to hide it from the "outside viewer" if you're taking this to look like an anime, but it doesn't help that the RPers are also in the dark of what's going on exactly. As far as I can tell, he's showing them a great source of power or something, and it's what looks like a statue of a "great warrior". Is that at all correct? SPA7X
I get what your saying but it should be enough for a simply reply. I know I love super long descriptive posts, but simply having your character ask a question or ponder something would be good enough. Also you could focus on Sins interactions, having them talk or comment aside on what this thing means or is. I like what Laz posted for example because it showed Void reviewing what he was just told internally, developing his character. But I AM waiting for someone to ask. To be honest, Otaku probably would've quickly moved this all along due his current inter actions with Suppuliuma and Weaver, plus Heikichi and Thorn/Connor. Also, I can imagine hubris going sorta "Ooooohhh, What could this be?" Semi cute curious deviant on the model.
Otaku-sama
I think I heard the guy who's Heikichi was busy so like... yeah. o_oWhy yes, I was busy. I had to attend two days of an university fair, find the solution of a super annoying physics problem, do homework and go to my first Japanese lesson. All of which while sick. I'll have to post sometime during the week. Sorry people.

Sweetie Belle
I just killed a group of college boys. Do we know exactly where the gate is?
SPA7X
Gate in the sewers, have your characters drop them into a sewer hole and wait a couple seconds. If nothing happens, obviously they weren't the ones (Which they won't be FYI). Remember everyone, it's a hunt to figure out who the key is so I'll be introducing a few more City Natives as NPC's slash city natives. The groups of sins plus the BR will have to figure out a way to protect or kill (based on group) these people without drawing to much attention, AKA don't go around killing several thousands of people just to see whose the one. Use cunning, traps, what ever to do this, and do so carefully, for the only ones on Twisted's side who know about the BR are Weaver and Hubris (The later only knowing/toying with Virgil, hopefully on a sort of "Running Gag" Basis :)). Shalltear Bloodfallen
I´m slightly having a problem regarding how Void will find and capture people withouth drawing attention since his powers would not help at all because most are meant for combat. I´m planning to have it something like he traps his victims in a small pocket dimension and then kills them later, the question is how can he do it withouth drawing attention. Really? I figured she just thought he was a random sewer rat, and she was only in it to get some quick action. o_o If she found out about the Black Rebellion, I figure she wouldn't care that they considered themselves at war or against her, since she viewed them as insignificant gnats. She wouldn't be any more offended or afraid of them then you (in general you, not you specifically) would be of finding out all the spiders in your home were planning to fight you. (Unless you're scared of spiders, in which case replace with something you're not as afraid of.)

Yeah, right now I'm sort of laying out "Kill Opportunities" for each sin, usually involving making a choice or creative idea. I hope to intertwine this with BR members activities, creating an interesting game like environment at least until the nightly carnival/fear parade (yup, I said parade :)). Really? I figured she just thought he was a random sewer rat, and she was only in it to get some quick action. o_o If she found out about the Black Rebellion, I figure she wouldn't care that they considered themselves at war or against her, since she viewed them as insignificant gnats. (Unless you're scared of spiders, in which case replace with something you're not as afraid of.) I know, but I want to add SOME humor/comic relief into the mix. And I feel like a combination Twisted doing his part and Hubris doing the same would make the most sense for this. That's the main reason I said that about Hubris and Virgil. You don't have to actually do it though.
Dad
I'd like to apply for this role-play, but I'm aiming to play as one of the big 7. How could I go about doing that if possible? If not, I'll just create a character for the Rebellion.

Otaku-sama
I posted, but only after I posted did I read that I wasn't supposed to go around just slaughtering people by the dozen. Problem is that Suppuliuma isn't exactly a character of stealth and tactics. That would take too much planning. He thinks he's a god and doesn't care if people are scared into a frenzy. Heck, he even managed to eat a whole race by himself. I don't see how traps and subtlety would work for him.
Catterjune
Suppulima could be the first to go... =3 ... On that note, can the Sins organize themselves on the order in which they die? <_< I kind of thought Hubris would be last (before Twisted), but if EVERYONE (or a good majority) thinks it be better she be pushed up the list, I wouldn't oppose too strongly. SPA7X
Feel free to arrange sins. Only requirement is that last two are Weaver and Hubris and that Void doesn't actually die (A huge plot hole that would be). Also, I could imagine Suppuliuma doing stealth well. What's more inconspicuous that a deadly swarm of flies? I mean, killer bees claim hundreds each year, and thats IRL. Why not have swarms of flies lure/guide people two were they need to be "Taken Care Of". I'd like to apply for this role-play, but I'm aiming to play as one of the big 7. How could I go about doing that if possible? If not, I'll just create a character for the Rebellion. Tis impossible, unless someone drops out. BR is open though and don't worry: More big time baddy roles will come up later on.

BR is open though and don't worry: More big time baddy roles will come up later on. Quite understandable. I'll keep that in mind while I submit my Rebellion application. User Name: Mystic KeeperCharacter: Getsumen Mao (Pronounced Mow)Appearance: Approximately six feet, three inches tall. Getsumen has sleek black hair, folding around the back of his right ear, and barely grazing his left, but evenly touching the bottom of his neck, and just above his eyebrows. His eyes are a pale green, like a faded emerald. His nose is a tad broad, as are his eyes. He has a scar beginning just above his left eye, which continues down to his left cheek almost to his jaw line. Getsumen wears a silver cloak most times, without a shirt. He is well built, muscular even. His leggings are jeans, mostly blue, with a silver lining on the left leg, from the waist to the ankle. On his left wrist, a silver bracelet, engraved with his favorite quote (which I shall keep to myself for now). His feet are protected by strong black, steel toe boots. On either side of his boots, a knife holster, which he keeps his two secondary weapons.Gender: MaleAge: 27Alliance: Black Rebellion Bio: Getsumen was born and raised a mechanic. Everything he loved could be found in his personal car garage, or at the local fixer-upper "Mao Mechanics". He found himself staying late at the shop, the local news station blaring for him to hear under the tinker and twists of the car he was repairing. Suddenly, a breaking news alert caught his attention. That's when everything went to s***. Random outbreaks of violence, sudden rise in grand theft auto and general theft, outrageous events taking place right before his very city. And when a thuggish, bold citizen saw suit to break into the front office indoors of his shop, he had had the last straw. He ran inside to assault the assailant, only to find he was no ordinary thug. The man cackled wildly as he struck Getsumen with an oddly shape dagger, forcing him to stumble and fall over. As he did, Getsumen fell into a rack of tools, which in turn fell on top of him, knocking him unconscious. When he awoke, one of the tools, a large crowbar, had been sunken into his skin. Shockingly, he removed it, without pain or break of flesh. It was as though metal had become a part of him. It turns out that this man that had stricken him was a shade. He had manifested his own abilities into Getsumen, but Getsumen had managed to retain control. Soon after, Getsumen found himself surrounded by four insane, mentally disturbed psychopaths, armed to the teeth with body armour, and basic weaponry. Fortunately he was able to manipulate their weapons from them, and scare them off. This brought light to his potential, and Connor Crossings approached him. It was a bit of a shock to find out Getsumen wasn't losing his mind, so he accepted the offer, becoming a part of the Black Rebellion. While he doesn't mind aiding the destruction of this plague of sin, he has his own reasons for joining the rebellion. His wife had been actively attending Twisted showings and organizations, and it worried him. If she was out there somewhere, twisted or not, he would find her..Personality: Bold, confident, friendly, but ruthless. Getsumen is the type of person who is easy to get along with, but easy to piss off. He can take things lightly, up until someone does something he despises. Weapon: Triple barrel custom auto-shotgun. He also keeps two six inch combat knives in either side of his boots in holsters. In his back pockets of his jeans, he keeps two fragmentation grenades. On his left knuckles, brass knuckles. Power Basis: Advancement of technology and weaponry. He can manipulate weapons at his own whim, turning a magnum, into a shotgun, or metal rod, into a sniper rifle. Abilities: Upgrade Basis I: The shotgun he carries breaks apart into pieces, and becomes a part of him. The barrel becomes his right arm, the trigger becomes a ring, and the rounds for the shotgun itself sink into his chest in a row, regenerating after use over time. Upgrade Basis II: The shotgun manipulation is followed by the manipulation of his combat knives and brass knuckles. The brass knuckles shatter into hundreds of rings, that attach to his lower abdomen, just below the shotgun rounds in his chest. At will, he can fire them like boomerangs. The combat knives divide into two and the four pieces replace the brass knuckles that were on his left hand, like bladed knuckles. Upgrade Basis III: Following those three mutations, the grenades he keeps and the shotgun are combined, as his right arm becomes a fully controllable RPG. The grenades regenerate over time during his mutation only. Afterwards, he must locate more if he wishes to use this mutation again.

Never mind, my main problem was how Void would lure the workers outside and capture them before he drew attention to himself. I think I handled it ok.
