@ Final: Ok, as far as the powers you already listed, I've already said I liked the one revolving around weather. so lets work with that one as a possibillity.

Let's start with Level 6, your highest. Since it's the highest level, I think it should be the weakest but the toughest looking. Image wise, why not a big tough muscled humonoid monster like Skin Bolic's lightning form from D. Gray Man. Abillities though, because it's level down to gain power, lets give him the mildest of weathers: Sun, heat, and light. have his powers revolve around that.

Form 5 could have more fog/cloud/mist attacks focusing on blinging the enemy.

Form 4 can start the path of strong winds.

Form 3: water and rain based.

Form 2, the introduction of lightning and thunder plus powers 5-3.

Form 1, Add in Ice/hail plus 5-2.

Then zero could be something massively powerful. But by form 1-0, he could look like some kid of small child or demi-angel.

So basically appearance wise you want me to reverse it, and if Level 0 is a small child that COULD psyche out his/her/it's enemies, perfect, muwahahahaha, and with powers you want him to be weather/element manipulator so let's see if I have it right with abilities and appearances

I also thought of an element/weather control for Zero, would earth/natural disasters/combinations of the previous level powers be okay with you?

@ mason: Could you try tweaking the character a bit to not be a Roronoa Zoro clone? Just a little something different power and abillity wise. I agree, make him more... original, or something(hint, hint)

Lvl. 6: A muscular 45 year old man with a black beard, pale skin and chest long black hair with red eyes who wears a trench coat under a cape. He also wears the shoulder and arm parts of a suit of armor on his right arm

Lvl. 5: A less muscualar 30 year old man with shoulder long black hair and red eyes who wears a charcoal suit and a black cloak

Lvl. 4: A 21 year old looking male with red eyes and black hair wearing a leather straightjacket with the arms unbound under a long red duster he wears like a cloak

Lvl. 3: A 18 year old looking male in a brown suit, vest, and wide brim fedora with a blue tie. Retains the black hair, pale skin, red eyes

Lvl. 2: Alot like level Zero except older(about 5 years) and more muscular but not steroid muscular

Lvl. 1: Level 4, take off the glasses and the fedora

Lvl. Zero: He becomes a wiry, slender 14 year old looking child(randomly male or female) with dark black hair, red eyes, and pale skin in a charcoal suit, leather riding boots, and a flamboyant, intricately knotted red cravat, covered by a long red duster. He also wears a red fedora hat with a wide, floppy brim, white gloves with strange symbols on them, and a pair of circular, heavily tinted, wire-framed red sunglasses with goggle sidings.

Power Basis: Level Restriction Art: The Lower the Level He Gets Stronger Powers and His Appearance Changes NOTE: He reverts to Level 10 after his current opponent(s) have been killed, and his Level Restriction is controlled by his current master, unless one of the 'situation code requirements' are met

Abilities: (Sorted by Level Restriction)

Lvl. 5:

Cloud Cover: Makes clouds to cover the sun, essentially blinding everyone until the clouds pass

Mist Veil: Makes a veil of thick mist around the battlefield

Lvl. 4:

Maelstorm: Creates strong winds that pick up objects lighter than 100lb. and swirls them around the body of the user, before blasting all of the contents of the away

Phantom Foot: Lightens the user's body weight and makes said user move faster and stealthier

Indecision: Changes the wind's pull/push strength and direction

Lvl. 3:

Shifting Tide: Grabs an opponent with a stream of water and repeatedly hits him or her to the ground by heightening the tide of the stream and lowering it

Acid Rain: creates rain with small traces of acid

Aqua Clone: Creates a mirror image of anyone that can't do anything other than stand there and move any body parts except the legs

Drown: When an opponent is underwater and attempts to return to the surface, the water rises with the head taking away all oxygen from target WARNING: ONLY WORKS UNDERWATER, and STRAINS USER

Lvl. 2:

Thunderbolt: Fires a thunderbolt at an opponent

Charge: Electrifies a target item or human

Defibrillate: Revives a target human

Lvl. 1:

Blizzard: Creates a blizzard

Ice Shard: Creates a shard or spike of ice from the air moisture

Freeze: Freezes a target making contact with ice

Frostbite: Lowers the temperature by an amount greater than 20 degress farhenhiet

Lvl. Zero: All techniques(except the ones already stated) are too, plot relevant, but they are based around earth, combinations, and disasters

For all sins: with exception to Pika, don't put your sin in action until after the first scene. Pika's is the only sin character who actually partakes in the festival, which is basically the only reason she can. I'll PM you when you may, or if I change my mind.

Haha, no Gabe isn't a man of mystery. The reason he doesn't get a profile is because he doesn't partake in any of the fighting or otherwise. Instead he acts as more of a supplier/reconnaissance operative. He's basically The BR's go-to guy, selling various treasure he picks up in each land so he can bring medicine, food and drink back the BR along with some information. With all the traveling to various places with various currency, it's kind of important to do so. Bio wise, he's actually been with Marcus since before the founding, and was their for it's creation (though he's not really considered a founder, simply because he doesn't believe himself to have been that important at that time).

Appearance:

I drew this myself. Ignore the severed head.

She has black hair that extends down to her shoulders and covers one eye. She wears a sleeveless, skintight top that exposes the midriff. Her shirt features thin, black lines that run horizontally. Her pants are black as well. On her right wrist, she wears a bracelet made of shark fangs, and on the left is a band made of leather. She also wears a band on the upper arm. Her shoes sport the same pattern as her shirt. She has a scar on her left cheek. She wears long earrings, and uses a clip to keep her hair out of her other eye.

Gender: Female

Age: 24

Alliance: Twistopia: 6^th Seat, Lust.

Bio: Kiruha was born to a very poor family who lived in the ghettos. Her parents were eventually killed in a drive-by shooting, and she was forced to live in the streets. She eventually learned to fight, and fend for herself. She grew up to be a very attractive woman, although still unable to secure a job in town. She eventually left, wandering for days with little food. A man drove by in a black limousine, and asked her to get in. Being wary, she asked the man why. He responded saying that he and his organization wanted her as an assassin. She hesitated for a bit, and then agreed to get in the car. In five years, she trained and performed exceptionally well, completing a training course that no other recruit had successfully attempted before. When being assigned for a new mission, the truth behind the organization was revealed: they wanted a new world. Their objectives were to eradicate everyone important, and begin the world in their image. Kiruha completely opposed this. With her boss realizing this, she was set to be killed. However, this backfired, as she put all of her training to use, and killed each one of them, leaving none alive. She escaped, and again wandered. Eventually, she met Twisted. She did not realize who he was, but the two got along well. Eventually, she felt loyal to him, and found him as a master.

Personality: Tends to be insensitive towards strangers, although she can be helpful. She is a master at deception, and can therefore be untrustworthy. She is levelheaded and analytical, always planning a strategy before fighting. She has a higher than average IQ, which goes to her advantage.

Weapon: Hides a knife in an undisclosed location on her body (No, not there. Get your mind out of the gutter.)

Power Basis: Illusionist Art. She can control the way light bends and how it's absorbed, and can give the presence of an illusion.

Abilities:

Seduction: She uses illusionary tactics to give the opponent a sexual feel, and, while he/she is off-guard, she will move in for a strike.

False Enemies: Makes it appear that she has multiplied, confusing her opponent.

False Speed: Makes it seem that she is moving faster than she is.

Light-bending: Light will go around her, giving the illusion that she is invisible.
