Technically, I could fill all the remaining slots with npc's myself, but that's not really the point of an RP. To put it in perspective, what I want to see is the seats for Wrath and Sloth filled along with maybe one or two more BR members before I'll feel comfortable starting. Lvl. 6: A 14 year old looking girl with pale skin, red eyes, and black hair. Wears a black suit and tie.

Lvl. 5: An 18 year old with shaggy black hair and red eyes, who wears a charcoal suit, leather riding boots, and a flamboyant, intricately knotted red cravat, covered by a long red duster. He also wears a red fedora hat with a wide, floppy brim and a pair of circular, heavily tinted, wire-framed red sunglasses with goggle sidings.

Lvl. 4: See 5 and take away the sunglasses

Lvl. 3: See 5 and take away the sunglasses and the fedora

Lvl. 2: See 5 and take away the sunglasses, fedora, and duster and his right arm becoms abunch of tendrils of darkness

Lvl. 1: He turns into a male that looks in his early 20's, with chest length hair who wears a black straght jacket except his arms aren't bound to his body, and he has arms made of shadows potruding from his back

Lvl. Zero: The right side of his appearance from 2 becomes a black and red shadow with a black hellhound head and torso as his arm, and his head is over shadowed with darkness so you can only see his red eyes

Gender: Unknown, possibly Male

Age: Unknown, he hints his age is around 596

Alliance: Twistopia, WRATH!

Bio: Not much is known about his past other than afew choice facts that he chooses to tell others, such as the fact that he is ageless, and became ageless from a 'curse' of sorts, or that he was once a ruthless tyrant, but as many questions he has answered, more questions have arisen. The most anyone has learned of his past is this; He was born as a peasant in Romania and after many years, asssassinated the king and queen, before siezing the throne, around when he was 45 he contracted the 'curse' that keeps him ageless, and disappeared. Then skip afew hundred years and we see England where he became Jack the Ripper. Then at an unknown point he found his new master; The Twisted.

Personality: He is arrogant, very egotistical, cocky, dark, unprepossessing, foul mouthed, psychopathic, cruel, and very sadistic. He hides these under a facade of being friendly, and polite.

Weapon:His Body, a pair of Austrian hand bayonets, and a 39 centimeter pistol, weighing 31 kilograms, and fires 13mm explosive bullets,

Power Basis: Level Restriction Art: The Lower the Level He Gets Stronger Powers and His Appearance Changes NOTE: He reverts to Level 10 after his current opponent(s) have been killed, and his Level Restriction is controlled by his current master, unless one of the 'situation code requirements' are met

Lvl. 5-Psychic Abilities:

Telekinesis- He moves his opponents with his mind

Pyrokinesis- He can set himself on fire, control fire, and walk through fire unscathed

Lvl. 4-Weather Control:

All above techniques

Black Lightning- fires a bolt(s) of black lightning at his opponents

Frostbite- he lowers the temperature of the battle field

Acid Rain- he summons up a cloud which rains water with small traces of acid, able to sting like a bee, but so weak it can't break the softest of metals

Lvl. 3-Summoning:

Summon Familiar: Summons up Cerberus, his familiar

Lvl. 2-Shadow Manipulaton:

All above techniques

Shadow Manipulation- Almost exactly like Twisted's or Conner's except weaker

Dark Clone- He shoots off his opponent's limbs and grows clones of himself out of the limbs that were blown off and shadows

Lvl. 1:

All above techniques

Death Grip- Grabs his opponent(s) with his shadow hands and either crushes them in his grip or rips them apart, limb by limb

Illusionary- He can summon illusions of anything he has seen

Lvl. Zero: All techniques(except the ones already stated) are too, plot relevant

Edit: Approved up till abillities. First of, I like you main concept of leveling down to gain abillities, but dislike the sheer lack of a pattern between levels. Their should be some correlation between the abillities of each level or else you will seem abit over powered. Also, it doesn't really seem like your leveling down, more like just leveling up with negative numbers. Just a suggestion is to have the stronger he gets, the smaller/weaker he looks in appearance, maybe starting out as some monster appearing thing. That would be both interesting and make sense of the concept basis.

 

Secondly, I'm not really liking the powers for each level you chose anyway. I mean, Level 2? Really? Not to sound like I'm hogging the power or anything, but their is an actuall specific reason why Twisted and Connor's powers are similair. I'd prefer it if no one else uses that power unless given pm permission (which would be rare). The one power I did see amidst the levels that made some sense to me was Level 4, with weather manipulation. One suggestion I'd like to make is to have increasing or shifting weather/natural disaster based powers, sort of having a "Wrath of Nature" concept occuring. But again, it's just a suggestion.

Double post with reason: Should we just start it up early and hope more decide to join? I'm still waiting for Final to change his abilities, but once that's done I might consider starting early since I don't want to lose interest before it even begins. I'm just worried that doing so will be more difficult in the long run.

I say start now but allow for new participants. Plus, RPs with a smaller RPer base in my opinion run better because people are less likely to go off and start creating their own plots.

This sounds fine to me. Besides, wouldn't the sins all slowly get picked off one at a time anyway? Allows a character to switch jobs as the story progresses IMO.

@ Final: Ok, as far as the powers you already listed, I've already said I liked the one revolving around weather. so lets work with that one as a possibillity.

Let's start with Level 6, your highest. Since it's the highest level, I think it should be the weakest but the toughest looking. Image wise, why not a big tough muscled humonoid monster like Skin Bolic's lightning form from D. Gray Man. Abillities though, because it's level down to gain power, lets give him the mildest of weathers: Sun, heat, and light. have his powers revolve around that.

Form 5 could have more fog/cloud/mist attacks focusing on blinging the enemy.

Form 4 can start the path of strong winds.

Form 3: water and rain based.

Form 2, the introduction of lightning and thunder plus powers 5-3.

Form 1, Add in Ice/hail plus 5-2.

Then zero could be something massively powerful. But by form 1-0, he could look like some kid of small child or demi-angel.

 

@ mason: Could you try tweaking the character a bit to not be a Roronoa Zoro clone? Just a little something different power and abillity wise.
