Naruto was outwitting him with basic tactics and it's not a sure thing he would lose if he hadn't stopped Kiba with that fart. 4. I'm saying Sasuke also used a power boost that didn't originate from him, so they were fighting on even grounds. Sure Naruto lost, but it was close. 5. The Fox is a part of him because he's a jinchuriki, it's his strength. Its chakra meshes with Naruto's, they're the same entity in one body. Naruto is a Jinchuriki and his power originates from his skills and the fox's. It's a source available to him, it's like a weapon. No one claims Sasuke had an unfair advantage over Deidara because he had a sword and Deidara had no weapons (example). You're thinking like Yamato from the Sai arc, Naruto using the fox can't be considered cheating because it's a part of him, a unique resource that no one else has. Like Sage Mode is only available for people with high levels of chakra. Naruto's new form was a result of him gaining access to the raw Yin chakra from the fox. No one else can use it, it's his power. Saying Naruto is cheating while using the Kyuubi is like saying Sasuke is cheating using Mangekyo Sharingan. Yes Naruto pwned Haku, Sasuke (sorta) and Pain with the fox. It's his own special skill as a Jinchuriki. So regardless of whether the fox was used or not, Naruto pwns. DL Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 BS The Fox isn't a part of him, it was put inside him by his father, it wasn't naturally his, nor was it supposed to be. A sword is a common weapon, and while the Fox can be considered a weapon, without that weapon, Naruto would lose. But it is not a part of Naruto. Mangekyo Sharingan is natural for Sasuke, but not for Kakashi, for example. It is a part of Sasuke, and a weapon for Kakashi, because Sasuke is of the Uchiha, there's nothing weird with him having his bloodline trait. The only reason I'd accept the Fox as being a part of Naruto is if it he got it through hard work and/or he was destined to have it. But while his destiny is to fight Sasuke, it was only by his father's will the Fox was sealed inside him. Naruto was only able to pwn Haku because Haku was already exhausted from fighting Sasuke (Ice Mirrors take a lot of chakra) Sage Mode I consider a part of Naruto because he achieved it through hard work. he did not achieve the fox through hard work, and his current Negima-copyright infrigement power is only possible because of the fox. Gaara was born with Shukaku inside him, is he an exception then? Because he shouldn't, he is (well, was) in the same boat. He didn't get it through hard work either, but he was born with it. And the fact the sand powers stayed must mean it's natural for him. Kakashi isn't cheating using the MS either, it's a part of him now and it's no different from an Uchiha's Sharingan, it's weaker even. And the Fox is NOW a part of Naruto. Of course he's a separate being and can be extracted, but he's in Naruto's body and is a part of him. He's become a life force too, Naruto will die from extraction. Therefore, I don't find it cheating by using the Fox. So he defeated Pain and Haku fairly. The sand only became his power after surviving the extraction. It was the Shukaku's power. And as long as the fox is in Naruto, it's his power to use. Therefore, his power. BT, maybe later.
