Card Requirement(s):

-Make a fusion monster that requires 5 monsters.

-Its ATK must not exceed 3500

-Must be able to deal 4000 points of damage to your opponent - at least at some point/condition

The Fusion Material Monsters for this card are any 5 Zombie-Type monsters. When this card is Fusion Summoned, discard your hand. Inflict Damage to your opponent equal to the amount of cards discarded by this card's effect x 800. After this effect is activated, draw 1 card. If it is a Zombie-Type monster, Special Summon it to your side of the field. If it is not a Zombie-Type monster, add it to your hand. If all of your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zones are occupied, you can Tribute this card do destroy every card on the field. If this card was destroyed by its own effect, this card is returned to your Extra Deck.

"Water Dragon" + 1 WATER or Aqua-Type monster + 3 Dragon-Type monsters

A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card attacks a Level 4 or higher monster, negate the attack, increase this card's ATK by 500, and place 1 Solidify Counter on the attack target. A monster with a Solidify Counter cannot attack, change its Battle Position, or be used for a Synchro, Fusion, or Tribute Summon. When your opponent only controls monsters with Solidify Counters on it, you can attack your opponent directly. When there are 4 monsters your opponent controls with Solidify Counters on them, destroy all monsters your opponent controls and inflict 4000 damage to your opponent.

srry Zexey but Smesh gmv. i think it is more useable and every once in a while, i need to see a card that doesn't need to attack so its effect can activate. so many people have attack stopping cards these days...

So my tie breaker vote was which one i would end up useing. I happen to have a Zombie deck that i use more than my Water deck so thats why.
