Release Phrase: Impale
Shikai description: Kagehari's Shikai form is shaped as two Spears attached by a thin, but near unbreakable, cord that can stretch for an extremely long distance(A little bit like Zangetsu's bandage-like cloth). Each spear having a small blade on either side at the base of the spear head. Also Kagehari can manipulate wind slightly when in Shikai, allowing Kazuki to create miniature tornadoes and shockwaves similar to Getsuga Tensho, just not as deadly.
Bankai Name: Rensa KageHari
Bankai Description: Kazuki's kimono changes into a suit similar to Ichigo bankai, without the long cloak, and is dark brown in colour, with black stripes. He also has chains hanging from many parts of his body, including the shoulders, waist, ankles and wrists. He also retains his spears, but has four and each one can move without Kazuki having to touch them. In his Bankai, Kazuki can manipulate wind to an incredible stage, and although he isn't the fastest shinigami normally, one of them but not the fastest, he is easily the fastest in this form. He can also move the chains attached to him telekinetically, and anyone that touches them is paralyzed for a few minutes, the exact amount of time they are paralyzed depends on the force of the impact of the chains, and the amount of time the chains spent touching the opponent.
Description of Zanpakuto Spirit: Kagehari is a tall humanoid figure with blood red skin and a long, bright white scar down his left arm. He wears long, dark brown robes and a long black cloak and has slanted eyes and slightly pointed ears. He has a bloodlust that makes Kazuki dislike him, but is very wise and powerful.

Powers & Abilities]

Swordsmanship: Kazuki is an exceptional Swordsman, sometimes reffered to the best in the soul society, but he knows this isnt true, but is aware he is very good, and believes this to be because of his preference to fight with his blade rather than his shikai.

Flash Step: Kazuki is an incredibly fast Shinigami, and is capable of unimaginable speeds in Bankai. However, without his shikai or bankai, he isn't as fast. He is one of the fastest Shinigami, but the second squad captain and Byakuya are faster and can shunpo longer distances.

Reiatsu: Kazuki has a surprisingly large amount of Reiatsu, one of the largest in the soul society, but hides it very well and has never fully used it, leading most enemies to believe he has low Reiatsu. It usually appears as a murky green or Brown colour, and is a Wind element like his Zanpaktou. He also has an unusual ability to manipulate the wind slightly using his Reiatsu.

Strength: Kazuki isn't the strongest Captain, but isn't the weakest. However, this doesn't make him bad at fighting. In fact, most people fear him for this, for although he isn't as strong as other captains, he is highly intelligent-only losing in intelligence only to the 12th squad captain, obviously the most intelligent-and can use his incredibly sharp and deceptive mind to discover weaknesses and faults in the opponents battle style and defences, and has rarely had to use his shikai to defeat even strong opponents. Endurance: Kazuki has a high endurance and can continuously use flash steps, under lever 50 Kido and basic versions of his own technique for many hours without tiring.

Durability: Kazuki is surprisingly durable and can continuously fight with multiple injuries.

Kido: Kazuki is one of the most proficient Kido users in then soul society, as he prefere's Kido to his zanpaktou. He can use up to Kido level 85 without a phrase and can use up to level 98, struggling on 99.

Hand to Hand: Kazuki is one of the best hand to hand fighters outside of Squad two. However, this has nothing to do with Strength, as said before Kazuki isn't the strongest Captain. It is to do with his impresive speed and his very clever and sharp mind.

Personality: Kazuki is a friendly and talktive person, and a very lax captain. Many people believe he is more likely to be related to Captain Kyoraku than his Uncle, Shuhei Hisagi. Many people also believe he has no talent and only got the position because his Uncle was the former captain. Mayumi takes no notice of people insulting him, and always seems to have a smile on his face. He likes to talk and usually finds himself thinking his is a normal shinigami, unnerving those in his squad. When in battle he likes to focus on one opponent and takes them out one by one. However, as much as he is different compared to his uncle, he does share one feature. Both disliked using their Zanpaktou's, and for the same reason. Both disliked their Zanpaktou's for the bloodlust each has.

Bio: Kazuki was born to Shuhei's unknown sister, Mayusu Hisagi, and his father was never found, so he was named after his mother. However, his mother died soon after his birth, in an attack of Menos grande on the Soul society, just after Aisen was defeated, and just after Shuhei was promoted to captain rank after learning Bankai. Shuhei had no choice but to raise Kazuki, and tried to raise Kazuki to be a obedient, and honourable man. The Honourable thing half worked, but Kazuki was a born troublemaker. However, he was found to have Spiritual talent, having quite a high reiatsu when he entered the academy. He passed with flying colours, becoming a shinigami a year and a half before he was supposed to, already knowing Kido up to 50 and being able to use kido up to 33(Sokatsui) without a phrase. He was a talented Shinigami when he arrived in Shuhei's squad, Squad 9, and quickly progressed in ranks, becoming almost famous in the soul society, as he was almost as young as Toshiro was when Toshiro gained the rank of Leiutenant when he gained it. When Shuhei became part of the Royal guard, Kazuki was chosen to be the Captain of his squad. Many believed that this was just because he was related to Shuhei, but Kazuki had master Bankai the year before, taking half as long as it normally took. Nothing major has happened in his time as Captain, and as he isn't very active, many believe he wants it to stay that way. Really he's very bored, and is waiting for something exciting to happen.

RP Sample: Eragon's head snapped to the place where he'd heard the voice come from. But he was too late. Faster than any elf Eragon had ever seen, the shade jumped next to the Rider and his blade snapped upwards towards Holly's neck. As the blade touched holly's skin, the Shade's other arm sprang out and coils of black ropes jumped out of the Shades fingers, wrapping themselves around Holly's dragon and pinning her. "Stupid girl." The shade hissed softly, his hand pinning Holly's hand before she could do anything. "A young human rider, hardly any Magical power at the moment aswell. However, plenty of potential." Eragon took a step forward, but as he did three things happened. The first was that Saphira bounded into the clearing, and oak tree caught in her jaw. She dropped the oak and it rolled towards the shade. The second was that the shade jumped away from the oak, leaving Eragon to rescue Holly. And the third was a group of humans in cloaks appeared, all clutching bows. One accidently let loose an arrow, which was caught in Eragon's free hand. Saphira growled at the Shade as she saw the other dragon trapped in rope. Eragon let Holly onto the floor, then uttered a few words under his breath, cutting the ropes holding the dragon, just before he noticed a large wound in Saphira's shoulder.. "Shade. I dont know who you are, but hurting Saphira makes you my enemy. Waise heill." The wounds on saphira healed quickly, and saphira roared at the hooded archers. They tryed to shoot me down. Saphira snarled, anger rising in her. Yes, and I think they work for the shade. Eragon said. He was about to draw brisingr, when the archers ran backwards out of the woods. "Well, I think I've learnt all I'll need at the moment. Good day." The shade said, bowing and vanishing. Eragon turned to Holly. "Who are you, and why did you shout me with a shade there? He could have killed you!"

Ignoring the obvious relatoins to Shuuhei Hisagi, I would've of denied you for being OP'd, to me it seems like out of all 5 categories you're amazing at everything. Even with the strength one, you had to say you're the second smartest guy in the Soul Society and win your fights that way. I bolded to illustrate my points.

LMAO I cannot believe he called you guy's idiots for denying his obviously similar zanpaktou to Hisagi. Although his last name is Hisagi, that shouldn't give him the right to be too similar. Take Ishhin and Ichigo, the only techs I've seen that are the same between the two is Getsuga. Ichigo's sword is huge in shakai where as Ishhins is not. Theirs many ways you could have similar power and not be the same. Come on man, I had to re-do my Bio and I am best friends with Black and Andx. I didn't complain, though it took time I know that it's all worth it, and by not being able to compramise in the app you just show how bad you are at making apps and not wanting to adjust with the GM's rules. If I where them I'd kick you out before you had a chance to quit for so much arguing.

Please. I can't take it anymore. Would you please make an exception so that I can post my app here? I have already designed five different Zanpakutos -I'd use just one, obviously enough-. But due to this PM limitation I just cannot send the whole thing. I want to be part of this. Is there even the slightest chance?

EDIT: On a side note: I suppose Byakuya is quite older now, in terms of appearance, right?

Release Phrase: Twist

Shikai: As Hafuki calls the release command he hands his sword to his left. Then, slides a finger through the blade as it splits like a zipper. When his finger hits the hilt the two pieces of the blade will glow golden and will start to overlap until reaching their tips. When the glow stops both pieces are now two-edged individual blades. He can summon snakes which will dissolve after biting or being cut. The bite is paralyzing, but is only local and will fade within some minutes. He can call his Shikai ability; Danrio, to separate both the hilt and blades into whips. These are poisonous.

Bankai Name: Komiya no Hebidansu (Namely Forbidden Snake Dance)

Bankai Desctiption: As Hifuke calls Bakai he pierces his right hand with the tip of the overlapped blades. The blades unhatch from the hilt and run through his arms as golden streams of light and dissappear into the floor. Seconds later, two enormous golden snakes emerge from the ground below him. These huge serpents can release thousands of the small snakes released in Shikai, and they both have single and combined abilities:

-Kamagi: One of the snakes takes the form of a sealed Hebimae and can go Shikai. It cannot use Danrio, but uses its poison as if in use. Due to the sword being a Reiatsu copy, it is as heavy as the original, but holds the strength of its current size.

-Sane: One of the snakes opens its mouth and the rest of the body opens with it. This forms a wing which Hifuke uses to fly as a defensive means.

-Haziga: Both snakes bite eachother and explode, supressing any reiatsu in a 200 meters radius for over an hour. After performing this ability the Zanpakuto goes back to sealed form and cannot go Shikai until the effect fades.

Zanpakuto Spirit: His Zanpakuto spirit reminds of a Gorgon: Woman chest, snakes as arms and hair, and a snake tail instead of legs. She rarely speaks to his master, and often bites him with her hands. She is of a slightly golden green colour.

[spoiler=Powers and Abilities]Expert Swordsmanship: Hafuki can easily keep up to any lieutenant; his many years of training have given him a superb sword experience. He is more experienced with using his sword in the shape of whips, but is skilled with the sword nonetheless.

Flash Step User: Considered the slowest of lieutenants, his flash steps were just enough to achieve the lieutenant position. Surprisingly enough, he has created a variation of it designed to deal repetitive kicks into one same spot, as an alternate way of attack to the usage of his life-draining Zanpakuto.

Spiritual Pressure: He out bests all lieutenants when it comes to Reiatsu. A unique technique of his is to channel his Reiatsu and send it in the shape of a hook into his opponent, cancelling out a portion of his opponent’s Reiatsu. This attack is unfortunately slow, and thus is a risky move. His Reiatsu glows a golden-yellow color and is shaped like a Cobra. He can compress it in one spot to maximize its effect, or to protect himself from others’.

Strength:He can hold up his bare hands in the Maggot’s Nest with the same ease as the 2^ndSquad’s third seat. His blade can resist a Captain’s blow, but would not withstand longer combat. He can only keep his strength for small periods of time; as his unsheathed sword constantly drains his Reiatsu involuntarily.

Endurance: Conditioned by his Zanpakuto, his durability varies and fades through the fight faster than it should. His natural capabilities enroll little to no effort, and abilities he uses are designed to waste as little Reiatsu as possible, sometimes even draining it.

Durability: He is not really affected by injuries, unless they are localized in specific spots in his body, which are marked with snake tattoos all over him. Hitting these deals heavy damage to him. His personal mark in battle has reached ten minutes and six seconds.

Hand to Hand: He prefers it to using his Zanpakuto, and has found ways to combine it with Kido and Flash Step. He is often seen walking eccentrically waking with his hands while hitting the floor. He says it’s ‘to train’. No one really believes that. His Captain often punishes him for doing so.

Kido Usage: He specializes in no type of Kido. He has never got his Grade from the Shinigami Academy because of his Kido. Instead, he uses what he call ‘negative level’ Kido to enhance his physical abilities.

Appearance: Hafuki’s hair is a very dark brown colour. He covers his left eye with several locks of his hair. His eyes are light green, his skin is little to white, yet he is constantly smiling. In the back of his head, his hair is messy and spreads to both sides of his neck. He is somehow skinny, but hides some muscle under his Shinigami Uniform. His Shinigami Uniform opens in his chest revealing one of his Snake Tattoos. He wears his Lieutenant badge in his left arm. His sandals are decorated with snakes. He seems to hiss when he sleeps, for some reason. His voice is light and undisturbed, much like Kyoraku’s was.

Personality: He is a light-hearted person, though he tends to be quite stingy in some of his comments. He looks at everyone with kind eyes, and he has a somehow good relationship with all other male Lieutenants. Anyway, he is really shy when it comes to women. He will blush and black out whenever the 3^rd Squad Captain even looks at him. Despite all other Lieutenants trying to help him out, he hasn't made it up. He takes on odd training routines, strangely performing embarrassing acts in public. He greatly respects the Commander-Captain Kuchiki for his previous doings. He will always slip an unneeded word and end up disliked.He seems rather careless, often jumping from building to building in the Seireitei blindfolded, Zanpakuto unsheathed, and performing back flips. He has had awful injuries because of accidentally hitting his self-called ‘Snake Spots’. He has a good relationship with the Healing Division, because of often visiting the Nursery.

Bio: Once a neglected child in the Rukongai, he earned his life by acting as a thief for other people, while stealing some to himself. About to be killed by somebody who caught him, a white-clothed figure stopped the man’s hand. As the stranger turned he distinguished tattoos in his forehead, half covered in a white piece of cloth. The red-haired guy smiled at him and gave him an apple from the guy’s post and told him to go to the large door in the great walls. The man jumped in the air and vanished in a dark mesh. Ever since he’s tried to get through those walls, always failing. As he trained and trained he noticed weird markings coming out of his skin. Over the time he grew the Snake Spots, and realized his growing Reiatsu was being manifested in the shape of a blade. As he used it he got tired faster, and decided he would instead focus on Physical Strength. He never stopped training with his Sword though; he just practiced hand combat more often. As he became a grown-up, he became aware of his Zanpakuto’s presence; although couldn't manifest Shikai. That’s when he remembered what the White covered man told him. He enrolled into the Shinigami Academy and took the six-year course. He failed in Kido exams several times, and made it up by passing an Extra Credit Physical Combat Test against his Professor. He first came to the 6^th Squad a year after he graduated. He was recruited by the Captain himself. A Renji Abarai who would meet his end fighting a Vasto Lorde many years later. Right after it, the position was filled by a supposed prodigy from the 3^rd Squad. It was then when Hafuki became Lieutenant. Following his old Captain, he became very close to achieving his Bankai, and wanted to put it to test against this new Captain. His time is about to come…

RP Sample:

Meh, I’m so bored. I guess I’ll take a look at the shops to see if anybody wants my services.

He then began walking down the alley. It looked just like any alley in Rukongai, anyway. Crowded people, adults beating children, drunkards sitting on house walls, and one or another cart passing by every so often. An old man then spotted Hafuki. He lured him into his house with a shiny red apple. As he came in a voice echoed from inside the darkness; “Come here, child. I have something to discuss with you…”

Who the hell is this guy?

Ignoring his thoughts, he blindly made his way through the dark house into a candle-lit room, filled with stuff you’d never expect someone in Rukongai to have. Before he could take his look away from all the gold in the chamber, the rusty voice of the old man was once more heard: “Do you like what you see? You can have all of this, if you only bring me some apples like the one in my hand… how does it sound?” “Well, I…” He didn't have the time to answer. The apple was already in his hand. “Bring me thirteen of these,” the old man said, “and the house is yours. Of course, there is this one thing–” “I don’t mind,” Hafuki replied, not taking his eyes away from the gold, “what you say, man.”

This is one hell of a deal. Gold for apples! It’s like a dream!

He never noticed the old man chuckling when he left. He got to the apple shop. He got the thirteen apples the old man asked. When he was preparing to make the run for it, he was caught by the arm; “Not planning to run away, are you kiddo?” “I…well…” “I thought so. Well, you can have the apples, but won’t need the head!” He was not nearly as fast as to react. He hadn't noticed the large knife in the shopkeeper’s hand either. Hafuki had been too busy thinking about gold. As the knife was coming down to him, he closed his eyes. Nothing happened.

Am I dead?

“Raise your head, kid.” The voice said. Hafuki did as it command. As he opened his eyes, he saw a white-clothed figure had stopped the guy’s hand about to kill him. He then spoke once more, this time to the shopkeeper. “Did he ever run?!” “…No…” “Did he ever steal anything from you!?” “…Not really…” “Then why the hell did you threaten him, eh?! Is it fun to abuse of a little child?! Begone!” The knifed man tried to stab the figure, only to be stopped by his other hand. “Don’t make me repeat myself. Begone. Now.” The shopkeeper stumbled over and ran away.

“Did he hurt you, son?” He turned. Hafuki distinguished black tattoos on his forehead, covered in a white cloth. “…Are you from Seireitei?” “Actually, heh heh… I’m from here too.”

When the whip cuts through flesh, a snake-shaped tatto will appear to come out of the wound. Each time a wound is inflicted after the first, the serpent will creep a bit from where it came towards the back of the victim's head. When it reaches its destination; it bites, and the target dies. This is rendered useless in a way similar to Suzumebachi.
