Blake
Well, you did not capitalize 'Pokemon' either, Binky Boy. By the way, Spell Check does not recognize 'satan' as a word. Only 'Satan'. So, 'satan' is grammatically incorrect. Also, if you are speaking of the God of Jews or Christians, it is grammatically correct to capitalize God. think about Allah, Shiva, or Buddha. Would you make them lower-case? Also, things like:*facepalm* Generally tick people off, more than make you look cool/convey your point. It's senseless. It's like saying your intelligence is superior to mine, as I do not see your view.

Dark
Your lack of Capitalization is publicly humiliating. It's a bit ironic; you made a capitalization error in your own post. Sorry, I forgot that word was a pronoun. Excuse me if I am coming off as an ass, but if you are going to correct someone, don't make the same error (although not entirely the same, since he forgot to capitalize, and you did it when you weren't supposed to) telling that person what they did wrong. It's hilarious, but stupid. Although, +1 for stating that unless you are talking about a Jewish or Christian God (who is actually referred to as "God"), it is grammatically incorrect to say "God". When referring to the noun god, as a supreme being (not of a certain religion), the g should not be capitalized, unless of course you are talking about the previously mentioned Jewish or Christian God. There are arguments for why Pokemon should not be capitalized, but most don't make much sense. Pokemon, in terms of the brand name (or something), is considered a pronoun. The argument is, the noun "Pokemon", referring to the monsters themselves (as opposed to the brand), is just a noun and should not be capitalized. It doesn't make much sense, imo. We are all wrong, however, since we all forgot the accent on the e. Laziness beats grammar, I'd assume.
Blake
I get trigger happy, sadly. I do it a lot with the Shift key. Pokemon should stay capitalized? What's next, the Earth revolving around the sun? I don't even know how to GET that symbol onto an E.
Dark
I get annoyed when I am typing long strings of capitalized letters and realize that I have a caps lock key. I always use shift, and it gets annoying when typing caps locked letters with numbers, as I accidentally get the symbol instead. It's a symbol on Microsoft Word. Just copy/pasta it. :/
Blake
I accidentally capitalize numbers a lot too =/ It's pretty annoying. Oh? Is it really?

poopybuttoxes
Well, I apologize for your lack of knowledge on my view. Now if you'll excuse me...Im sorry, but that was hillarious. Black why you gotta be hatin? haha Capitalization IMO is a sign of respect, and i capitalize what i respect. I dont think pokemon deserves a capital "P". Blake
Then, why are you in this thread? Capitalization is not a matter of respect, it's a matter of grammar. Unfortunately, people LOVE screwing the rules. 'I don't believe in God, so he is god. Yes.' Makes PERFECT sense. Brilliant! Except, capitalization of God, when you mean Jehovah/Yahweh, is grammatically correct.
poopybuttoxes
"Grammar" was made by some people that i dont know. Who are they to tell me how to do things? Why does their opinion on capitalization matter more than my own? When you look at language throughout history its always changing, because people like to make things new. Just like this java language thats plaguing the internet, but im not gonna fuss about it cause thats how they wanna talk. As long as i can understand what they are saying then i feel its correct. Blake
And that "I don't care" attitude is what makes the world go round. [/sarc] Seriously, it is beyond ignorance to reject reality, as ignorance is not knowing. It is quite... what's the word... conceited and idiotic to place your own reality into something that can't be refuted. What so "i liek 2 cum 2 ycm 4 teh lulz" is fine? LOL no. Also, punctuation, part of grammar, is needed in your post.

Also, punctuation, part of grammar, is needed in your post. It is only ignorance when you don't know what your doing is idiotic. This is just simple stupidity at work. Just because you don't know the person who created grammar, which is by the way another act of stupidity since a single person can't create an entire language, doesn't mean you can refute it. Who are they to tell you how to speak? They are the people who founded our language over six centuries ago. Why does their opinion matter more than yours? Because they are actually important. Language changes to adapt to new surroundings, not to make it to where everyone is going "i liek 2 cum 2 ycm 4 teh lulz", that is just being lazy and idiotic. Your view is flawed on so many levels I'm surprised it can actually be understood by anyone else.
Headmaster Monokuma
"Grammar" was made by some people that i dont know. Of course that makes not using proper grammar acceptable. If you don't know who created it, screw it. Who are they to tell me how to do things? Why does their opinion on capitalization matter more than my own? Maybe because your opinion is greatly flawed in this matter. When you look at language throughout history its always changing, because people like to make things new. And they are usually changes for the better. How would you like to say 'thy' whenever you talk to someone? Just like this java language thats plaguing the internet, but im not gonna fuss about it cause thats how they wanna talk. It's incredibly stupid. People are too lazy to take a small amount of time to type out you, so they put 'u' instead. It's laziness at work, and it's stupid. As long as i can understand what they are saying then i feel its correct. And half the time I find it near impossible because of the stupidity coming from it. Grammar is important, whether you like it or not. You know, that sort of attitude is why we get people who type like yugiohoverlord. On topic: Who cares? Extremists won't change. Shadow Zero
Grammar is important, regardless of what anyone else says. Without it, the world would be completely illiterate. Those who say that grammar is not important or come up with excuses for not using proper grammar can roll over and crawl back into their little troll holes where they came from. Also, people with improper grammar tend to be looked down upon, (speaking from experience) This is just one such example.

Dark
Actually, shown in the Pokemon Tower, Pokemon can die. It's stated in-game, just never shown. We never know if Pokemon die from fainting x amount of times (that is never attainable in-game, for some reason), or die from old age like other life forms.
