Effect

This card can only be activated if your opponent attacks with a monster with 2400 or less attack. The attacking monster's ATK and DEF become 0 and Special Summon "Fish Tokens" (Fish-Type/WATER/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 0) whose Level are equal to the attacking monster's Level rounded down with the original ATK and DEF of the attacking monster divided equally amongst the Special Summoned "Fish Token". Monsters Special Summoned by this card cannot attack or used for a Summoning until your next Battle Phase. If this card is removed from the field, the ATK and DEF of all "Fish Token" on the field become 0.

at least 4 points for utility and balance combined, since anything with no utility is not OP'd, and anything OP'd is insanely usable. (although this can be broken if a card is bad for the game in design, but unusable, like a match winner)

 

 

Everyone should have got:

at least 2 points for OCG - 1 is for effects where something caused me to not understand part of an effect at all, normally, or just somethink that's a really big irk.

 

So you should have all got at least 10, really. To find the points you got for being good, rather than just not being horrible, take 10 points off your score and put it out of 10. Yes, I'm very harsh. Really, I'm astounded that not a single person posted a playbook. I'd have assumed that was standard practice before coming into the section more often. =s C'mon guys...

That's a terrible aspect of game design. Specific counters shouldn't exist in any game.
