That's fine. Hey Final Fan, I think you'll recognize this guy.

Name: Lord Xerran aka Project S.H.A.D.O.W. (Super Human Annihilation Device Overpowering the Warp)

[spoiler=Appearance:] Project S.H.A.D.O.W. appears to be a normal human in every single aspect of his physical form. He stands just over six feet in height, is fairly muscled and well tanned. He wears a simple pair of brown dress pants and a white button-down shirt which he always leaves open, exposing his muscular abdomen and chest. He wears no shoes, exposing feet which, though often dirtied from blood and various filth from the battlefield, are completely unmarred and appear to have always tread upon soft, even ground. His hair is a dark brown color and has grown down to his shoulders. His face, though sharply angled, is also round in just the right way so as to give him that sort of devilishly handsome appearance. However, one thing gives away the fact that he is not human, and that is the dark, blood red aura which constantly emanates from his eyes, concealing their true color.

Weapons: His Terrifying Psychic Power, his limitless ability to shape shift, His supreme Physical Strength which exceeds that of a Dreadnought, His mastery of all known and unknown Plagues, and A simple steel Katana which has had the Eye of Horus embedded within it.

Position/unit type: Fifth of the Chaos Gods and Lord of the Rogue Chaos Cult known as The Black Angels.

Chaos god worshiped: Himself

Personality: Project S.H.A.D.O.W. is something of a curiosity. While most of the time he is the definition of malevolence, he does have a bit of a soft side which tends to only make itself known around females.

[spoiler=Bio:]

Project S.H.A.D.O.W. was originally created by a head Imperium Researcher known as John Verhast aboard a research station in orbit around Holy Terra. The purpose for which he was created was to, well, create a sort of temporary battlefield replacement for the Emperor. It was believed that a being made of Chaos could be created and raised in such a way as to be turned into a weapon that could be used against the gods themselves. The then Grand Inquisitor gave the researcher to continue in the name of the Emperor. After thousands upon thousands of tries, Verhast managed to successfully create a being from the essence of the four chaos gods by adding some of his own blood to the mix. The resulting being was given the name of the research project and raised, by John Verhast, like any human boy his age. He grew up with the Researcher and his daughter, Julia Verhast, and for fifteen years he grew up normally. The only exception to this was the periodic tests conducted to gain an understanding of his abillities. Over that time he became very attached to Julia, loving her more than a brother should love his sister, though he kept this secret. However, a few days after his fifteenth birthday, one of the Grand Masters of the Ordo Malleus discovered this project and the fact that the Grand inquisitor had approved it. The Grand inquisitor was promptly overthrown and executed and the Grandmaster himself lead a division of Gray Knights to eliminate the fruits of this heresy upon the Installation. When they arrived, they began to slaughter everyone they saw without discretion. Everything was corrupted and therefore everything should be torn apart and cleansed. When they came upon Project S.H.A.D.O.W. himself, they tried to kill him. Horrified by what he had seen and by the fact that those he had learned were the immortal saviors of all humanity were trying to kill him, his small and sheltered reality was shattered. He went berserk, killing every last one of the Knights. He then frantically searched the Installation, trying to find and save the only one he loved who might yet be alive. He arrived in time to see her torn apart by the Grand Master's blade. Going berserk, like a Blood Angel remembering the slaughter of Sanguinius by Horus, he ripped the Grand Master apart, leaving him alive for just a few moments. It was then that the Chaos Gods, thinking to find themselves a knew Champion, granted Project S.H.A.D.O.W. a Katana in which the Eye of Horus himself was kept. He then took this blade and drove it through the Grand Master, finally ending his life.

Some ten years after these events, the Imperium of Man and the Forces of Chaos themselves began to try and bring him over to their side, sending many of their greatest soldiers and champions to try and convince him to join them. In the end, only one of these Champions was not turned to him. That Champion was the Canoness Kurohime of the Adeptus Soritas. He did not have the heart to corrupt her, being reminded a bit too much of Julia by the fiery passion with which she did everything. That and the fact that she was the one who revealed to him that the reason for his existence was to be used as a weapon against the Chaos Gods. This resulted in his turning against those who might have had him as their Champion. After he sent Kurohime and a few of her more loyal soldiers away from the station, he transported it into The Warp itself to train his new army against the Daemons they would be fighting. Now, many years later, the installation has emerged from the Warp and has crashed into the planet of Muri. It has become the Stronghold of a new Chaos Cult known as the Black Angels. Their emblem is two comets encircling each other and the armor they wear is pitch black with a simple golden trim and blood red symbols across the armor. The only symbol which is never red is that of the Comets encircling each other, which is always purest white. Project S.H.A.D.O.W. has now been given a new name by his followers, one which goes along with his new ambition to become the greatest of all the Chaos Gods and to become the Only of the Chaos Gods. That name, is Lord Xerran.
