Another 1 on 1 by me. My opponent may come up with all of the Card Requirements.

[spoiler=Card Requirements]

Non-Dragon-type monster that Supports Dragon-type Monsters.

[spoiler=Lieutenant Renji's Card: Image Credit Goes to HP Doom]

Lore: You can Special Summon this card from your Deck or Graveyard by removing 1 "Lord of D." in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, put 1 Minion Counter(max.3) on this card. This card gains 100 ATK for each Minion Counter on it. You can remove 3 Minion Counters from this card to treat all face-up monsters you control as Dragon-type monsters. You can Tribute this card to increase the ATK of all face-up Dragon-type monsters you control by 800 until the End Phase.

[spoiler=Galadrien's Card]

Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Zombie-Type monsters

When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 Regeneration Counter on it (max. 4). When there are 4 Regeneration Counters on this card, you can remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand, Deck, or either player's Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

The first person to post is my opponent. Winner gets 2 Reps from the loser. First one to 5 Votes wins.

ooh this is a tough one, you got Renji who gives ATK to Dragons and you got Galadrien who, upon removal of his card, can SS a Dragon-Type.... hmmmm i'm gonna have to go with Renji, with the Counters, he can change all cards on his side of the field to Dragon Types PLUS give them 800 more ATK points

i disargree becase galadrien's card can call out a Blue Eyes Shining Dragon or Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode without worrying about summoning requirements.

Also its a synchro so you dont have to worry about drawing it, plus 2500 attack points to boot.

all in all I beleive Galadriens card to be more useful than Luietenant Renji's

but they are both very cool and creative and i would definatly run both in a dragon deck (with a few DNA transplants for the synchro)

You cannot Special Summon a monster from a Deck standalone by itself, unless there has been preparation beforehand which leads to its effect being activated in the Deck. Small mistake there. The rest of your card's effect is fine.

Galadrien's card is pretty generic. Nothing special about it. Just your everyday simple Special Summon monster.

I will choose Renji's card, mainly because it actually has an effect that's useful and could be used during the preparation time required for its main effect. Galadrien's card requires a lot of preparation, and it really doesn't have anything else to it, apart from it being a Level 6 beatstick.
