ok thank you, but the card shop has duel tables for contests on the weekends and during bad weather. Oh and if you want to be mean about it I was the one who put the whole duel together in the first place so sit tight while I make my move.

 

os are we doing this duel old school until the weather clears or are we going to hang out in the card shop until tommorrow and have the weather clear up when I get home from work?

Name: Dante Brimston

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Dorm Choice: Relinquished Navy

Deck Name: Steampunk

Duel Disk: A violent mix of crimson and aqua shading make up his duel disk, which reflects his deck type. Unlike most other disks, the edge is evenly spread out on both sides, and the section where he keeps his deck is mounted, so it will rotate, allowing him to use it the exact same on either arm.

Appearance: Dante has laughing green eyes and tousled black hair. He wears a black leather jacket over a maroon shirt, with pitch-black jeans. He is also fairly tall, even for his age, and towers above most other students. By a few inches. But that's still towering... kinda...

Personality: Generally upbeat and fun, but he can get mad. Then he'll crack a joke and be happy again.

Bio: Dante doesn't have much of a past. He had a good life, using his condition to his advantage in as many ways as possible. He learned to play Duel Monsters early on, and, true to his nature, gathered cards that seemed as balanced as him. Steampunk cards. Fire monsters that doubled as the Water attribute. He gathered more of these Steampunk cards, outfitting his deck with some supporting cards for both Fire and Water, like Volcanics, or A Legendary Ocean. Then he decided to join the Star Academy, and here's where his story joins up with the RP.

Name: Nikki Heartstrung

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Dorm Choice: Stardust Platinum

Deck Name: Apep's Reign

Duel Disk: A fairly basic disk with a dainty-looking edge. Rimmed with red, though the bulk of the disk is a bright white.

Appearance: Nikki, an attractive teenage girl with a slim build, has her dark hair held back by a black ribbon, letting it fall down to her waist. Her dark green eyes are constantly flickering around, taking in everything. She wears a loose-fitting green T-shirt over her slender body and a white skirt that drops to her knees.

Personality: Usually quiet and withdrawn. She seems startled when people attempt to talk to her.

Bio: Nobody really knows about Nikki. She keeps this the way it is, because the past is a dark thing. Her deck seems almost suicidal, filling the opponent with life points. Then, right after they lose, her opponents realize that all the while she had been setting them up to fall. She's a surprisingly talented duelist, regardless of her unwillingness to aknowledge the fact. She joined Star Duel Academy unwillingly, forced to do so by her "friends", a group of people from her old school who admired her dueling skills. Nikki didn't object, due only to the fact that the island was more secluded, and she could better avoid people.

Name: Andrew Teichen

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Dorm Choice: Stardust Platinum

Deck Name: Mermaid Awesomeness/Golem Pieces

Duel Disk: A basic blue duel disk that contains a snorkel and goggles. Just in case his mermaid cards come to life and try to drown him for duelling so badly.

Appearance: Andrew is of medium build, with brown hair cut short, and sharp blue eyes. He wears his dorm jacket over a shirt that reads 'Who are you and why are you reading my clothes?' His jeans are faded, and beginning to unravel at the cuffs.

Personality: Fairly vain, Andrew believes himself to be an incredibly powerful duelist. He is also extremely wrong. Extremely.

Bio: Andrew has had a crush on Nikki for years. He first met her just as she was utterly destroying a kid in his class at their old school. He tried to approach her, but she left. Andrew took up dueling, hoping to get to know Nikki through a duel. So he put together a bunch of random cards, challenged her, and got destroyed without dealing a single damage. Nikki barely said a word except for her actions in the duel. Andrew, after tweaking his deck specifically to defeat Nikki, was about to challenge her again, but she was surrounded by students urging her to join Star Duel Academy. Hearing this, he quickly raced back to his house, switched his deck out for his brother's, who was a far better duelist. Andrew also took his own deck, hoping that, using his brother's deck to battle, he could also gather cards for his own deck.

Other: Yep. He uses a mermaid deck. Unless he's using the deck he 'Borrowed' from his brother, which uses Golem cards. But usually mermaids.

Personality:Creative, fun loving, loves his family, happy, can be cool whenever he wants, very advanced vocabulary.

Bio:Kakeru is the father of Kyosuke Yamashita via Adoption. He married his high school sweetheart, but they could not conceive a child for a few other reasons. They had decided to adopt Kyosuke the second they saw his information, he was perfect for them. But a week before they where to pick him up, Kakeru's wife died of an Unkown illness that ran in the family. Kyosuke was adopted at the age of 10 right after Kakeru saw him duel, He had brought home the son his wife always wanted, a few weeks later his wife's father, head of Industrial Illusions, died, at the time Kakeru was working as a Booster pack designer for Industrial illusions but then his father-in-law gave him his position. Kakeru failed to disappoint. He was one of the greatest leaders of Industrial Illusions after Maximilian Pegasus. Six years later he sent his son to Star Duel Academy to converse with other kids his age.
