"Guys do you know my class? becuase I wiped my puke up with it accidently," Virgil said, "Oh and I know where the astronomy class is I think it's in the western tower." He carved up mockingbird out of dough and snapped it's neck, and then he carved alot of wheat and white squares and put them together to make a chess board and he carved the pices of white and wheat bread. He played a game against himself and ate the pieces. Before he stood up for the class he didn't know he was going to.

Jecht was looking over what Virgil had wrote down, he didn't really understand most of it, but before he could make any sense of the words Virgil took it from him. Jecht took another swing from his pumpkin juice as Virgil begain playing with his food like a child. His pumpkin juice was yummy, and he liked things that were yummy. ;P. "We got astronomy." He told Virgil. Jecht finally stood up reluctlantly and exited the Great Hall. He walked out the main doors, outside is was still dreary and overcast. Jecht started heading towards the Astronomy Tower, for none other than astronomy. He thought it was a fairly easy class, he thought it wasn't useful and simple.

Selene waved at Jecht as a signal to him to sit next to her. The desks were arranged in a circle, and there were three circles in the room. In the middle of each circle there was a map of the Solar System, with Mars being aligned with Uranus, and some other alignments. There were also major stars listed in the charts as well.

"Welcome, class," Sinistra said crisply. "Today we will be studying the alignments of the planets, and mapping them. This will be able to tell you the time of day and month it is. Also, the movements of Mars's moons are most peculiar. Please explain to me why onyour parchment. This is not homework, this is classwork, and a fresh start of the year! Due at the end of class. BEGIN!"

Selene stared at the star chart but could make no head nor tail of it, so she began to write down the alignments. Astronomy was her worst subject.

Standing up after eating a small sandwich, Elena turned to Virgil and said, "You've got Astronomy with the others. In the Astronomy tower. Not the West one. That's Divination." Picking up her stuff, she solemnly thought to herself, "I've got Charms. With nobody." Heading off to the fourth floor, Elena came across a rather unfortunate event.

"Ga ha! Take that ickle firsty squirts!" Peeves was busy throwing books at a group of first years. Pulling her wand from her pocket, and taking careful aim at Peeves, she yelled "Incarcerous!" Thick ropes shot out of the end of her wand and quickly bound the poltergeist who, in complete shock, fell a few feet in the air. Ignoring the now wriggling form of Peeves on the floor, Elena continued to charms, receiving timid shouts of thanks from first years.

((I don't think you can jinx a poltergeist. he's basically a ghost, and you can't hurt ghosts unless you're a basilisk. sorry, just listing the facts :)))

Selene groaned as she stared at Mars. The star chart showed no difference about the moons of Mars: Phobos and Deimos... she stared at them until her eyes began to hurt.

"What is wrong with the moons. They're revolving as they should!" she muttered angrily to herself, scratching out a bit of info that she had mistakenly put down with her quill. "Well, one does seem to be overlapping the other... maybe that's it..." she thought, staring at them with deep concentration.

Jecht walked over and sat down next to Selene, glad he had someone to wait out the calsses with. He looked at the map of the stars, which didn't help at all. This better mean that we don't have any homework. He thought glancing over at Selene paper to get some, uh, "ideas". She didn't seem to know either. To Jecht the answers to all astronomy questions were realitivly the same, so Jecht guessed. HE dipped his quill in the ink and began writing things about Mars and its moon's wieght and gravity, making it up as he went along.

((sorry for super duperdy speeding things up along here, but its the first day and it's already taken up 8 pages))

"And time's up!" Sinistra called, starting to collect all the rolls of parchment from the students with her wand. "Hmmm..." she looked through them quickly, giving students raw grades. "Jecht, Selene, Acceptable for today. Detailed work, but not quite what I'm looking for. You will get detailed grades tomorrow when you get these back. Homework for tonight: find out in your reference books what the real problem with mars's moons are. If you got it wrong, please rewrite the essay and hand it in tomorrow so I can give you a better grade. Class is dismissed."

Selene glanced at her schedule and groaned. "next is History of Magic. Prepare for boredom."

Virgil took a seat near the back left corner of the room, he sat down and blankly stared at the star map and waited for class to end while playing a game of 21 questions with himself. He wrote down the answers he knew, which was all of them, not faltering in his writing pace he thought, I need a harder class than this! It's child's play! He finished and waited fro a bit until playing a game of Jeopardy in his mind. "The teacher said, "Time's up," and took his paper with wide eyes.

Jecht was surprised he did as good as he did. When Selene said something about their next class being History of Magic. "I don't think so." He said as he stuffing everything back into his bag. "I can sleep while you take notes and I can steal them later. Simple." Jecht said smiling at her, joking, but was halfway serious. That's not a bad idea. Jecht thought even though he oringinaly a joke. He couldn't believe he hadn't thought of it before.

(You may or may not be able to jinx them but I just shot ropes at him and poltergeists can get affected by physical objects. That's why they have different names.Proof: Lupin fires gum into Peeves' throat, causing Peeves to choke)

After an interesting, though rather basic, lesson of Charms, Elena picked up her stuff and headed for Transfiguration. Thinking silently to herself, rather than heading up to Transfiguration, she heading downwards into the dungeons. Reciting the password and entering the common room, she jumped onto a large sofa and laid. Closing her eyes and trying to get to sleep, and potentially avoid more dull first day lessons, she wondered whether or not this would result in a detention. Eventually deciding that, even if she did get a detention, what was done was done and there was no point avoiding it. Pulling her wand out aand pointing it towards the open girls dormitory, Elena said "Accio turntable". The shrunken turntable sped through the air and landed, rather gently, in her hand. Placing it on the table infront of her and muttering "Engorgio" the turntable grew in size. Bewitching movement back into the machine, she closed her eyes, and listening to the music that was flowing throughout the room, she drifted off into a musical nap.

Virgil walked to the Ravenclaw House knocked the bronze knocker and answered the riddle, then walked inside. He sat on his four poster bed and crawled under it pushing his instrument case away and stood up, brushed his pants off, and opened the cello case and started to play, not really caring if anyone caught him, because he'd probably get in more trouble tonght anyway. He stopped and layed on the four poster bed after putting away his things.

Luke, after yelling 'boring!' in the middle of astronomy, had been given a firece warning by McGonnagal. Finally, he was let out, and, thinking he ought to wash up, went to the bathroom, while washing his hands, he noticed that there where no urinals in the room. It was the girl's room. This sent him into a panic when he realized he was on the third floor. he shouldn't be there, or he would get detention if he was caught. he whipped around to leave...

And then he didn't think anymore.

Selene walked with Jecht to History of magic and sat down. "Hmm...I wonder where Luke is..." she said, looking around. She shrugged and began to take notes, but she was dying of boredom inside. She looked over at Jecht and wondered if he really was going to do what he said that he was going to do.

"This class will be based on the Goblin Wars. The first goblin war occurred in the 1600's with the Goblin Rebellion in Britain, and Loxac the Gnarled..." Binns droned. Selene groaned as she took notes, and soon gave it up, beginning a game of hangman with herself.

Jecht looked at the ghost as he talked about goblins. He had no intent on taking notes on that. He looked over at Selene who was somehow playing hangman with herself. How you play hangman with only one person? He thought watching Selene. His mind drifted as he just looked at Selene. He searched his mind as he watched her. HE was trying to think of a spell. Jecht hoped he had got it right and pulled out his wand. Jecht muttered something under his breath and flicked his wand at his hand. Selene's quill then flew across the room, hitting the wall.

OoC: I had to restrain myself from saying 'Selene was playing with herself.' =P!

Virgil was getting fairly bored so he decided to practice the Patronus Charm; the one of the only only spells he couldn't master becuase it involved something he dind't have; a powerful but happy emotional memory. Clear all thoughts, breathe in, think of a memory, say the incantation he thought before doing the instructions he had given himself. "EXPECTO PATRONUM!" Virgil yelled causing a silver light to flicker from his wand and eventually die out. "I mighty actually want to go to class right now, I'll just wait," he told himself.

((d'aww shaddup artemis :) but seriously she's bored. bored people can do lots of things))

Selene raised her eyebrows at Jecht and casually muttered, "Accio," and the quill zoomed back towards here outstretched hand. "Binns didn't notice," she said satisfactorily. She looked around. Some other classmates saw what had happened but then turned back to their work, thinking it was an accident of some kind.

"Now when was the third Goblin attack on Hungary? Ah, Selene, thank you for volunteering," Binns said cynically, as he saw she hadn'tbeen paying much attention. "1784!" she said, looking at her notes.

"Incorrect. That was the third one on Ireland. Think carefully, Miss Selene."

"uh...1806?"

"Correct."

((I've never seen someone in class play with themselves no matter how bored they are))

Jecht stuck his toung out childishly at Selene. He just watched Selene now, not knowing what else he should do. He just watched her, surious as to what she would do. He felt like time was moving extremely slow. Tick. Tick. He thought to himself. Tick. Tick. Hurry up! He thought as he looked at Selene. HE began to think about how much homework he was gonna have to do over the year. Mindless, useless homework.

Selene looked up, realizing she was being watched. She stuck her tongue back at him and waved her wand randomly, thinking of the Charms class they had and the color changing charm they learned.

This resulted in the board turning from green to yellow.

Selene tried to stifle laughter but it bubbled up anyways.

"Selene, quiet down..." Binns droned, but the laughter was infectious and soon the rest of hte class was laughing.

"Class. Whatever is the matter?" Binns said, but the class was over anyways and Selene didn't bother to change it back.

"So what do we have next? And where the heck IS Luke?" she added as an afterthought, looking around.

[i'm Just Gonna Skip to Tonight's Midnight Girl's Bathroom Heist , If that's OK]

Virgil snuck around the halls towards the stairs, he caught sight of Filch and crouche down and hid in a passage way near by until he left. Virgil got to the stairs and thought, Where the H3ll are the others!? He walked to the Griffindor painting and sat beside it so it wouldn't see him, but even if it did he would just use a spell on the fat lady. He breathed in and stood up he saw Filch and hid agian, when Filch left for the next floor he got out of his hiding spot.

((NO. You can't. not because i'm being a strict owner but because Compass (Luke) and I have something special planned for dinner. So we'll just skip to dinner, okay? And wait until Compass gets here. sorry. we'll skip to the heist afterwards. Edit your post?))

Selene sat down at the Gryffindor table, one of the first arrivals. Seeing Virgil at the Ravenclaw table, she smiled and waved, but sat down because she was terribly hungry. She grabbed a salad and some chicken and began to eat.

She looked around and noticed something strange. There seemed to be a new ghost; she had memorized all ofthe ghosts around and hadn't seen this one yet. It seemed to be covered in blood.

"Hey, do you know who that ghost is?" she asked a random seventh year prefect.

The prefect took a lazy look in the ghost's direction and sighed. "Being a fifth year, I'd be surprised if you didn't recongize the Bloody Baron."

Selene nodded, then looked back to her meal. She looked up again but then the ghost was gone.

She shook her head. It didn't look anything at all like the bloody baron though...

OOC: Whatever I'll just copy paaste that for the midnight heist

Virgil saw the ghost that Selene was looking at. Then he vanished, so Virgil walked over to her table and said, "Who was that ghost I didn't recognize him." The the prefect said, "It was the Bloody Baron." "No it wasn't the Bloody Baron, I've memorized his face becuase the Grey Lady doesn't like him in the Ravenclaw Common Room," Virgil responded before he asked Selene who it was.

"How was Ancient Runes?" Harry asked Isis.

"We got 150 pages of reading! On our first day! I tell you, that teacher must be off their rocker!" she replied.

"We didn't get any!" said Sarah gleefully. She scooped up some mashed potatoes and grabbed for a chicken wing. Her friends followed suit, except for Adam.

"I went Vegetarian over the summer. No meat for me." He explained, as he reached for only the potatoes. He also grabbed some tofu that appeared in front of him, as if it was specially made. They dug in greedily, discussing the classes of the day.

After discovering that something terrible would happen to him very soon in Divination Jecht dragged himself to dinner. "Crazy old bat." He muttered. obviously not having a good time in Divination. Jecht looked at the long tables filled with food like it was from some sort of magical fantasy. It marked the end of classes for the day. More were coming tomarrow. He took a seat next to Selene. "Hey." He said grabbing food from the platters. Tonight he was eating sushi, rice, and drinking pumpkin juice. "Did you have fun learning about old rocks?" He asked referring to her ancient runes class.

Selene glared at him then grinned. "Actually we spent the day decoding some ancient book that turned out to be an inscription of ANCIENT EVIL. Nursery rhymes." she giggled. She turned back to Virgil on a more serious matter. "It was covered in blood like the Bloody Baron but I don't know who it was. And don't tell me it was the bloody baron!" she said, turning back to the ignorant prefect. "Some people have the brain capacity to be more curious than you!" She turned to Jecht. She found it hard to juggle conversations between three people. "Did you see that ghost? Covered in blood, like the Bloody Baron, but just not...you know... thebloody baron."

OoC: I hereby place into action the very thing DarkAngel and I have been working on!

IC: The first day of school's feast was excellent, almost better then breakfast. But of course, McGonnagal liked breakfast much more then dinner. and dinner was the time for a toast. She stood, tapping her spoon against her glass. AS the noise died down, she raised her glass. "Many things have happened within these walls. Hogwarts is a place of many layers, but it is, above all, a safe place. No blood will be shed as long as we teachers are here. Thus, a toast. To hogwarts, the safest place on earth!". Suddenly, the doors flew open with a loud crash. Everybody turned to see Luke, arms spread, stepping into the great hall and panting like a dog. The worst part is, he was covered with blood, staining the white shirt beneath his robes, a large patch of it on his right cheek, covering his hands like crimson gloves. The look in his eyes was wild, his breathing the only sound in the otherwise silent hall. "In human gore imbued!". he bellowed. Then, with a look of bloodlust in his eyes, he collapsed.

So much for no blood being spilled.
