whats spamming and flaming?

Spamming is posting useless and irrelavent posts into a thread and often causing annoyance or disruption.

 

Flaming is constant random abuse on another member.

 

Doing either of these can get you banned.

Spamming is a word used to describe posting short pointless annoying messages. It is derived from 'Spam' which is short for Spiced Ham
