zues54, you went a bit overboard trying to make your card original. I don't see a use for it. Though, since your card does not designate specific counters, this card could easily be implemented into any kind of counter-using deck as a easy-to-summon monster which could be otherwise used for other effects.

 

As for shelds9, it starts off good, but the rest of the effect isn't useful in anyway. It's basically just a Level 8 2,800 ATK monster, with a requirement of a LIGHT and a Dragon-Type monster.

 

In the end, most people will probably vote for shelds9 due to its visual effects, but in all honesty, it does not deserve such credit due to its not-so-useful effect. It is not convincing enough to deserve a space in a deck.

 

+1 for zues54, mainly for attempting something original.

I vote for shields9's card.

 

I know that just at a glance you'd think that shields9 would win, but i take into consideration the usefulness and the creativity always, and i just dont think i would ever use zues54's card ever. I mean, i wouldnt use shields card either but i would use shields card before zues's. And you HAVE to take into consideration the time put into making shields card. I know i couldnt do that.

zeus's card is really original and could easily destroy your opponent's plans, but shield's card is very good looking, but that's all it is. sure, it can deal as much as 1500 damage to your opponent, but it would get destroyed by then. i vote for zeus.

I vote Shelds. Because:

 

-Shining Dragon is lagging in effort sort of. The OCG is off, as with grammar. And as the picture too.

 

-Starshot Dragon has minor OCG errors, and has a very good and matching GFX look. So I vote for him!
