How do i place Dots in my cards?

Hello people i have begun to start a making a pack and there is a field spell card which has several effects and i would like to note it like rainbow ruins

 

 

 

I need to know how you can put such dots in your Card =D can anyone help me ? thank you ^^

Make your card, leave some spaces for where the bullet point should be, then copy and paste it into a program like Microsoft Paint.

 

Then, manually make a circular dot where the space is, and save it as a JPG/JPEG or a PNG, etc.

 

Upload the saved card onto a website like TinyPic or Photobucket, then post it here (if that's what you want).

You need a Image Mamipulation program like GIMP to do it.

If you use (or even have one) a Character Palette, you can do this, but the bullets will be a bit smaller than what you asking for.
