Raiden - MGS4 (Raikov?)

[size="3"]Y[/size]ou will know that Raiden loses his faggy appearance and becomes a badass lightning ninja.

But, really, where did he get this power from? Is there something in the guide or a site that explains this?

I had two theories;[/b]
[b]1.[/b] His suit is capable to produce electrical bursts of power and he can fluctuate them using some kind of magnetic force.

[b]2.[/b] From MGS3, Raikov is the Russian 'Raiden' or 'Volgin's lover boy'... but Volgin has the power to generate electrical power through his body.
And being as Raiden and Raikov have exactly the same appearance, maybe, Raiden is Raikovs son/ grandson? Volgin could have shared the power at 'close' times.

Theory 1 is fully possible.But if it is, it leads to the question why the Gekos, Vamp or anything else using the organic machine bodies doesn't have electric powers, or fire or anything else.

I thought that electric powers + Raikov being the same in looks and Raikov knew someone with electric power... maybe they're linked.

 

I hope it's explained.

But MGS4 is seriously well planned.

 

I mean, Raiden from MGS2, the name, surely they planned his future for 4 along with other plot devices.
