Almost impossible to use due to wording. You've written "add 1 monster with the same Level and Attribute which is 1 level higher". No cards can be added. If you meant same Type and Attribute, this would be a great card but until the error is corrected it's almost useless.

I know it had usable effects but if one is impossible that brings it towards uselessness but with the correction it is a much better and usable card.
