It's actually hilariously easy, the hard part is selecting each and every part you want to recolor wth the "Select by Color" tool.

The best way to do it would be using the eliptical select tool and the rectangle tool to unselect what you don't want to recolor. I learned to recolor cards in a Dark Synchro tutorial. It took me a long time to get used to it.

Mutant is one I've heard of, which isn't really psychic, it's more Chimeric, and it's awkward to see it in other places, like MAnticore of Darkness is w/e, with Beast, B-W, and Winged Beast qualities, and fiendish qualities).
