Yugioh! Duel academy a new beginning(started/accepting)

Lucas drew his 6 cards. He knew his objective in this duel was to stop Majestic Star Dragon from coming out. That means that he would have to get rid of Stardust Dragon. He knew just how to do it. "I draw! Perfect. I set two cards and activate the magic of Dimensional Fissure! Now all monsters are removed from play instead of going to the Graveyard! Why would that help? It would help because of this, Dark Hole! This will suck all your monsters to the Grave, but with Dimensional Fissure, its removed from play! Now I summon Magician of the Shadows! Direct Attack!" said Lucas.

Hey, look! Its a cherry pie the metal teacher from the tunnel!" said Brian, as she rose into the air on a monster. "Cmon Lucas, keep going!" said Brian.

 

Ryan reconized that Magician. It was one of the stars of Mr. Phoenixs deck. Now that he thought of it, he did look like Mr. Phoenix. "Nathan, I think I know who Lucas is!" said Ryan.

 

"What? Lucas is Lucas!" said Nathan, wondering what he meant.

 

"I mean that its not Lucas, its Mr. Phoenix!"

Nehol stared at Nathan confused, " umm question. Who is Mr. Pheonix? Why is he important?" Nehol sat on his motorcycle calmly waiting for an answer. "and whats up with these Chaos duelists? What their deal?" Nehol turned to the duel and then calmly looked over to Nathan.

 

Yami was asleerp in his kingdom in the shadow realm unknowing and uncaring of what was going on down on earth.

Josh gasped as Ryan acussed that new kid of being that evil guy, Mr. Pheonix. First of all, Mr.Pheonix was way older than this Lucas kid. Second of all, that kid just had one card in common with that Mr. Pheonix guy it doesn't mean that he is some reincarnation or something of Mr.Pheonix. Third of all, if he was Mr.Pheonix he wouldn't be good and fight Nero he would be trying to kill us alongside Nero. Josh thought about yelling out against Ryan but he would let the others decide for themselves, but Josh would support the fact that Lucas is Lucas and not Mr.Pheonix.

"I dont know anything about these chaos duelists, but I do know about Mr. Phoenix. Mr. Phoenix was our teacher here at Duel Academy. He turned evil during the Wicked Gods siege of the school. I also happen to know that during the duel between me, Isabella and Sara against Mr. Phoenix and Zodia, that Zodia is his brother. And.....I heard a rumor that Zodia left the school and came back with his cherry pie sister, who was made of metal mostly. Zodia and his sister would know if Lucas is Mr. Phoenix. And not just his magician, He sent a Swordsman of the Shadows to the Graveyard to! Hey... Its you!" said Ryan. He looked at a lady who mas made of metal almost riding a pokemon Duel Monsters card. "Mrs, do you know that man up there dueling could be your brother?" said Ryan to the metal lady.

 

"Im not really following you Ryan, but if I bring Zodia here, would that make you happy?" said Nathan, getting on a Hydrogeddon and sailing to Zodias office.

 

Lucas heard people downward talking about him. He had just wanted to ba an average kid again. And Kochiyo, his sister, and Zodia, his brother, would reconize him. "Cmon, make your move!" said Lucas to Nero.

Josh saw Lucas being acccused further and angered him until the point when he was about to burst. He then realized that he had anger issues and that he should check if the school offered anger management classes. "Guys! Lucas is Lucas not Ash Ketchum Mr.Pheonix or anybody else! He is fighting to save us unlike Mr.Pheonix who was trying to destroy us! I dont know about you guys but I trust that Lucas is good and I support him!" Josh concluded and waited for people to either agree and send their Pokemon duel monsters at him or to agree with him and support Lucas in this duel.

"Fine, Fine, just a thought. Nathan, you can come back now." said Ryan. Nathan came back.

 

Lucas felt depressed. Josh had steped up for him, and he wasnt that kind of guy. He wondered if he continued this duel, they would find out. Maybe he should stop it...No! He was a teacher, well, formaly, and he wasnt going to step down. He was ready to defeat this guy with all it takes. If they found out, then, it was only a few students...

 

Hunter woke up. He was riding something watery. He felt as if he would never drink again. He looked down. He was laying down on a Hydrogeddon. "Oh my god!" said Hunter, jumping off the Hydrogeddon. He looked around. Ryan, Nathan, Josh, Sara, everyone was here, and Isabella looked...dead! "Guys, what happened to Isabella!" said Hunter, looking down."And why is some kid dueling Nero?"

"I activate Starlight road so I negate Dark hole and get another stardust dragon." Nero drew. I activate Assualt Mode activate to swap 1 stardust for Stardust Dragon/Assualt mode!" Nero laughed. "Stardust dragon destroy his magician and Assualt Stardust Dragon. Assualt his life points with Mortal Kombat!

He should have known about Starlight Road. It was a deadly card. And now, Stardut Dragon/Assult Mode was summoned. There was nothing he could...wait! His facedown! "I activate Black Horn of Heaven! This negates the special summon of your Assault dragon and destroys it! Now, it removes it from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard, so his effect wont activate!" said Lucas.

 

OOC:If you activate Stardust Dragons effect, im screwed

 

"Now its my turn! Draw! I activate Pot of Greed, so I draw two new cards! Next, I summon my Paladin of the Shadows in Defense, because whenever I have a "Of the Shadows" monster, he can be summoned in defense mode!! Now, his effect lets me special set two more Paladins in Defense Mode! And now, thats it!" said Lucas.

Josh watched as the duel continued. he knew Lucas was in a tough spot both in the duel and outside it. People still thought he was Mr. Pheonix and that just wasn't sitting well with Josh. Josh decided to go look for Mr.Pheonix dead or alive. He knew that people couldn't find him after the big Wicked God thing so Josh decided to look where people dont normally go. He checked the abandoned dorm, the other janitors closet that didnt lead to Narnia the tunnel, and the library but to no avail. But either way Josh knew Lucas was innocent.

"I activate the effect of my Stardust dragon!" lolz

At the end of Lucas' turn Shine came in. "Lucas! Use this!" Shine threw a magic Cylinder at him and Lucas set it.

Nero drew a card Lucas would hate. Wall of revealing light. "I pay 3000 of my life points incase he gave you a mirror Force! Now stardust Dragon Assualt Mode Attack!" Lucas flipped Magic cylinder as Nero crumpled to his knees. His purple auro dissapearing and a demon face was made of it. His skin wrinkled up until it was flesh and bone. Assuming it was his soul a purple spirit came from him. It spoke to them all. "Next Chaos duelist will be twice as hard as last so come ready!" The purple aura faded and the Water vanished as well as all the monster cards.

Lucas dropped down to his knees. The representitave of Mortal Combat! Chaos Duelist had been tough. The water was gone. The platform and monsters were to. He looked at the card Shine gave him. It saved him, Magical Cylinder had. And Nero had just died. He then reliazed why he dueled him. He looked at Isabella. She was still not up. "Proffesor, thank you for your help. I could have died, but I didnt thanks to your Magic Cylinder card" said Lucas to Shine.

 

Isabella was having bad dreams. She saw Nero, killing innocent people, her lost at sea, her losing to Mr. Phoenix...Then, she managed to open her eyes. She saw Sara, kneeling, and Lucas, Ryan, Nathan, Shine,everyone. She got up, then fell back down. Ryan helped her back up. She felt weak and drained, and it wasnt a good feeling. "So...What happened now?" said Isabella.

Josh watched as Lucas defeated the "chaos rider", Nero with a magic cylinder that Proffessor Shine had given to Lucas. He thought about how once again Proffessor Shine had saved them from a threat. But then there were also others that would be better than Nero. Josh planned to protect everyone with his deck. But before he could do that he had to be ready. "Proffessor Shine, could you train me to beat the next chaos rider?" Josh asked Shine.

[Fader]

Shine Nodded. "It will be hard josh but yes. Rather than your regular class come to my office and make a left into my study." Said the Sartorious look alike.

"Well i gues we should continue our tournament and be ready for the next Chaos duelist!'

Dioxyn put his hands on Nicole's chest and pushed. "She isnt breathing sir." She has been fatalatied

"Is she?"

Shine picked her up. "Yes Vio I am afraid so."

Isabella looked around. Apparently, Lucas dueled and won. But poor Nicole... she didnt survive like she had. She HAD had more experiance in swimming, but still, she didnt deserve to die. Then, she noticed something on the ground. She picked it up. It was Arcana Force 6 The Lovers, the last card she had played. She felt like crying, it wasnt fair. She looked at Nicole in Shines arms. Her body was rigid and she didnt move. She decided to put the Arcana Force in her deck, though it didnt fit well, but as a remainder of Nicole. "Nicole should be....buried at Duel Academy. She would want that..." said Isabella sadly.

 

Nathan looked at the rigid body of Nicole. She wasnt dead....she just couldnt die...It wasnt possible! How could it be! Isabella survived, but he remembered something long, long ago. When Wicked God was still around. Isabella said that she had been lost at sea. Perhaps that was why. It really was sad.

 

Brian felt like he should say something. Some words for Nicole. "Nicoles life was gone really fast. Just two years ago...she has met many friends and teachers. And through her, we have all learned many things. Nicole, the girl we fought with, supported, and spent much time with...her duels has taught us about her strength as a duelist. Though we may be on different paths, whether on Earth or Heaven, though we may be very far apart, we will always be friends no matter what. The bonds we have built up with her will always last forever. In the future, there may be many happy and sad moments in her new life. And every time, I will remember, about her life and about our friendship, because I believe that those memories will stay with us and Nicole. Thank you, Nicole, for all you have done. Thank you." said Brian, imiting a speech-like service. It was all true that he had said.

[Fader]

"Thank you all. It is time to call her parents." A tear fell from Shines left eye and splashed on Nicole. "Perhaps burien in under the pink tree in the courtyard."

Dioxyn was shaken by her death. "So this is it? No it can't be!" Dioxyn clinched his fist. All the years he has never showed any emotion but now his close friend had vanished. "These Chaos duelist will be sluaghtered!"

Vio was on his knees. He never admited it but he had a crush on Nicole. "It can't be."

A voice was heard from above. "Ashes to Ashes."

Shine looked up surprised. "God?"

"Fraid not, I am Nicoles twin. You may not have heard of me, but may Nicole rest in piece." His body was never showed. All you could see was his outline. "Dust to dust." A tear fell from the sky apparently Nicole's twin's. "We will see her again. We must, we must."

He sawNicoles sister. He had had one of her last duels with her. It was all sad. He had not known her very well. "Cmon everybody, we should...do it..." said Ryan sadly. They all walked out. "This is all my fault. I could have summoned something to save her before it waas to late. It was all my falut!" said Ryan as they all walked to the tree in the courtyard.

 

"Itwasnt your fault Ryan, I have my side of the blame to. If my duel had only ended sooner...I could have helped..." said Hunter. He was very, very sad, and he knew Nicoles sister was also not with them. They reached the tree. "Perhaps a few words?" said Hunter.

 

"Well, I shall say it again this time, if that is helpful. HereI go...

We had fought together against the shadow creatures. We were a good team, but you then bravely challenged The Wicked God himself. You had lost, but your spirit remained. Your willpower and spirit kept you from dieing. I do not truly believe you are dead. It cannot be possible. But if it is, then we would all like to say...thank you!" said Isabella, wiping a tear from her cheek.

 

"It was very sad. If only Lucas had defeated him sooner, this may not have happened..." said Nathan, looking at Lucas.

 

"Dont blame it on me! I was busy saving your sorry but!" said Lucas, and they glared at eachother.

 

"Stop you two! Now...shall we start the...burial?" said Ryan, sadly looking at Nicoles limp body.

IC: "We must first check with her parents." Shine punched in the numbers. "Hello?" Shine frowned. "It's your daughter she is..."Shine wiped a tear from his eye. "Dead." He could hear sobs through the phone. "May we bury her here?" Shine's words felt depressing. "Okay come If you like. It will be tommorow at 8:00 AM before class starts." Shine closed the phone and held on to Nicole.

"Hello?"

A voice that sounded like Nicole's was heard. The duel energy let her spirit come. "Hello guys if you here me i will always be there for you guys. Remember that." Her spirit faded away.

"Cmon guys lets finish the tournament." Said a depressed Shine.

Josh was happy that shine had allowed him to train one on one and wondered if he would get a training montage how hard the training would be and if his deck would be up to it. Josh knew that tommorow was Nicole's ceremony and even though he didnt know her that well he would still go and say some words to say goodbye. He also knew that he would need some sleep for his training tommorow. So he made his way over to the Slifer dorm.

As the sleek black helicopter slowly came in to land, Koga looked out of its doorway at the Duel Academybuildings below him. They had changed since he had last been here - most noticably the two brand new dorms which dwarfed even Obelisk Blue - but it was still recognisably the Duel Academy he had known so many years ago...

Suddenly, his duel spirit Icicle Eagle appeared in front of him and spoke in his mind. Don't dwell on these old memories, Koga. The world has changed. It's time for a fresh start, a new beginning.

'I guess you're right', replied Koga. 'Come on, lets see what this place has got in store for us.' He stepped down out of the now stationary helicopter, and headed towards the main building.

 

OOC: Hello everyone, feel free to introduce yourselves to my character but please no duels with me for now; it's quite late in my timezone.

IC: Shine looked at the kids and then walked to his office with the others beside him. He spoke in the intercom. "Vio...Nathan your duel will start in 5 minutes."

Vio looked at Nathan before winking at him. "Race you there!"

Shine looked at Vio. "No running!" He shouted at Vio.

Dioxyn rolled his eyes before walking to the arena.

Koga walked down the corridors of Duel Academy, towards the main arena. Upon entering it, he saw two duelists facing off against each other, duel disks ready. Koga smiled. Now he could see if the quality of duelists had changed since... the last time he had been here.

Nathan smirked, then telled Vio to stop runnning with proffesor Shine. They walked to the arena, with Dioxyn, Sara, Ryan, Isabella, Hunter, Brian, Lucas, everyone who was at the grave. They reached the arena. Kids were now around in the stands. "Wonder where they went..." thought Nathan to himself. He walked up on the arena. He activated his duel disk. Vio used Elemental Heroes. As long as he prevented fusioning his monsters, he would do fine. He would have to watch out for some, like Flame Wingman, who could deal lots of damage, Thunder Giant, which destroys any monster with lower attack points by discarding a card, and Wildedge, which could attack all his monsters. "Vio! Lets have the time of our lives here! You can go first if you want. I want to see what your heroes can do!" said Nathan, waiting.

 

Isabella walked up to the stands, seering with sadness, but she got over it soon. She didnt know who she wanted to win. Nathan was kinda annoying, and he did kick her best friends but. But Vio uses E-Heroes, and that was a disgrace to her family name. Isabella looked at the Arcana Force, and reliazed that it could help her deck. She waited for the match to start.

 

Brian walked into the arena and noticed a kid. He walked up to him. "Hey, im Brian. Brian Anderson. I use the Crystal Beasts, and im a friend of both of those duelists. And you are"?" asked Brian to the kid (OOC: AKA, Koga)

Koga turned to look at the student who had spoken to him. 'Nice to meet you Brian. I'm Koganeiro Ryuujin, but you can call me Koga', he replied. 'I use a set of rare monsters called the Icicle Beasts. So, who are these duelists then? I'm new here and I don't know anyone.' Koga new that this was partly a lie, but he didn't want to reveal any hints about his past - at least not until he knew he could trust this boy.

Remember Koga, this is supposed to be a fresh start. Don't dwell on the past.

 

OOC: No-one's posted in a while and it's getting late, so I'm going to go afk now. Cya!

"Heh, looks like Nero's down for the count. But I, Martin, otherwise known as LittleKuriboh, will give them a challenge they'll never win." Martin rode his duel runner across the water as he glowed with a purple aura.

Zodia was in the changing rooms, drying himself off. He was soaked from the flood that entered his classroom.

"Damn, what's going on? I go for coffee, and now this?"

Kochiyo wasn't one for ceremonies. Even so, she decided to attend Nicole's. Holding a single rose, she gave a few words to honor her, and placed the flower on the coffin. Upon leaving, she passed by Nicole's parents.
